“BA florist was absolutely exceptional. My grandmother passed away and on short notice we needed a garland for her service and BA was so accommodating and made sure everything was done perfectly. They were very patient and worked very well with me and were so timely and so kind. Could not recommend them enough, truly the kindest people and they did such a wonderful and special job for the flowers for her service.”

“It's a plant lover's emporium of delight! We buy potting (and other) soil in bulk, houseplants to combat the winter blahs, and just today noticed clothes, Stonewall kitchen items and other gifts, along with many kinds of beautiful chimes. And everyone who works there is filled with good, practical advice to match you up with what you need.”

“I love the Plant Professionals. I have been buying my plants and flowers from them for over 10 years. They have a fabulous facility and they have beautiful flower arrangements. They also decorate with green foliage and flowers in businesses and for events. The owner is so informative as well. I just told them to make something up for a friend who lost her son and she knew just what to do!”

“We have owned a medium/large landscape company in the Lansing area for 30 years. I have done business with Brian and Superior Saw for the majority of that time. We buy 100% of our Scag & Stihl equipment here as these product lines are the very best, none better. Likewise, the customer service & integrity of the ownership and Superior Saw staff are also the very best. I have no spare time for drama in my life, nor inferior service or equipment. Brian and his people get 20/10 stars, my entire landscape team would say the same. I highly recommend this business.”

“Gilbert's Hardware & Rental is easily my go-to spot in the area. As someone who works in the trades, I really value that I can check their inventory online before heading over, and I’ve found it to be consistently accurate—which saves me a massive amount of time on the job. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, whether I’m picking up supplies for a professional project or something for my own home garden. It makes a huge difference knowing I can count on them for both stock availability and great service. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid local hardware store.”

“The home depot, long-standing resource for every dyo project, from subsonic potato guns, counterflow still condensers to concrete stands for the computer screen. Knowleadgeable staff, good location, although I wish they had better signeage, I miss the right turn from East Grand River more often than not. You may still meet me here pretty much every other weekend day. Kids love the (occasional) free popcorn! Go Orange! Update: as great as they were.”

“I recently had an early morning emergency situation with a disabled delivery vehicle. The only business renting vehicles that were open at that particular time was the Okemos Home Depot. I called the store and an employee working the customer service desk whose name is Marco answered the phone call. All I can say is, Home Depot is very fortunate to have found a person who understands excellent customer service! Keep up the fantastic work Marco and you will soon find yourself in a management position!!!”
