“I rented my unit online but hadn't been able to make it down to the facility yet and I got a courtesy call making sure everything was ok and that I still needed the unit. This was actually a very nice touch because it's been crazy packing and getting everything together.
When I finally got a minute to head down, I got to meet with the manager Steve to get everything set up with my unit. He showed me how to access the building and let me know their hours.
Steve was incredibly helpful and kind. This move has been ridiculously stressful and hasty, but this part has gone very smoothly!”

“DJ the agent at the Pierpont pickup location was very helpful and congenial. Made the pick up process very smooth. U-Haul also has a great process for order and pickup confirmations with texts, emails and calls. It was reassuring, since moving is a stressful process and it is easy for details to fall through the cracks. Thanks U-Haul Team!”
“We had an issue with the ramp getting stuck in the out position. I was really worried that I was going to be given a hard time or a run around, but I was relieved by how easy it ended up being.
I appreciate how simple calling for roadside was and the very responsive support person. I was also pleased with the short wait to get someone out. The team uhaul sent out were so kind and knowledgeable, really put us at ease.
It all turned what could have been an extremely stressful event into an almost non event at all. Very happy.”
“Used a car hauler but the straps are worn a bit, it's winter and the straps are stiff and frozen covered in ice which made it harder to use but we got it figured out. End of traps are worn and frayed.”
“I had some car problems and needed a rental to get me through the week. Honestly, I've never rented a vehicle before so I though I could just do a walk-in and everything would work out. It might have happened, if I had visited some week other than college Spring Break! This is a small lot near-ish MSU campus so call ahead to make a reservation! The employee politely explained that nothing was immediately available and offered to take my number in case something was returned ahead of schedule. He also suggested that I try the Avis/Budget location at the Lansing Airport (which worked out for me). Customer service was excellent and the place is open on the weekends but with limited hours.”
“Was just in there to pick up a car dolly. Gregory B was amazing. There was issues with availability due to a broken tail light. Gregory swapped one out real quick in the freezing rain and got me back on the road. Thank you Gregory!”
