“Nice family run business. Came in on a cold Sunday for the automated car wash. When I got there, they said it was closed.Because they had time, they washed my car anyway. Not many businesses go out of their way for you anymore. Don’t expect this every time, but it was nice of them to do.”
“I rented a truck for the day, and everything went very smoothly and everyone was very friendly. Both the women working were so nice, and the one who checked me back in when I returned the truck was the best customer service interaction I've had in weeks. So nice! They also sell some boxes at this location, but they don't have all the supplies like the Jolly/Cedar location, just FYI.”
“Russ was simply amazing! We had an unfortunate death in the family which resulted in the funeral and our move on the same day. Our current home, the funeral, and the new home were several hours apart from each other. Russ was very understanding and flexible regarding our pick up time, as well as being available when the self check in process was not verifying my location or scanning the QR code. To simply put it, I would highly recommend Russ from this location!”

“Given the numerous U-Haul locations available in the Lansing area, I often explore different options when I require rental services. Among them, this particular location stands out for its exceptional customer service. If prioritizing customer satisfaction is important to you, this U-Haul store is definitely one of the best choices.On one occasion, I encountered a mishap while using one of their rentals for a long-distance move. Although the issue was due to equipment failure, I appreciate that they acknowledged the inconvenience caused and compensated me for the lost time. It's understandable that when dealing with heavily-used equipment, occasional failures can occur. Thankfully, neither my family nor I experienced any harm. Nevertheless, this store took the initiative to reach out and assist me once my move was completed.”
