“I rented my unit online but hadn't been able to make it down to the facility yet and I got a courtesy call making sure everything was ok and that I still needed the unit. This was actually a very nice touch because it's been crazy packing and getting everything together.
When I finally got a minute to head down, I got to meet with the manager Steve to get everything set up with my unit. He showed me how to access the building and let me know their hours.
Steve was incredibly helpful and kind. This move has been ridiculously stressful and hasty, but this part has gone very smoothly!”
“O’Donnell’s is amazing! I was trying to get my hitch put on at UHaul and they weren’t able to get my bolts undone. O’Donnell’s was able to get me right in and didn’t charge me to get them rethreaded. Awesome place!”
“Used a car hauler but the straps are worn a bit, it's winter and the straps are stiff and frozen covered in ice which made it harder to use but we got it figured out. End of traps are worn and frayed.”
“Got change from the office. They were very friendly and helpful. The car wash is ok, only 2 bays working. Definitely lacks a few features that are pretty standard at most car washes like a wheel and tire cleaner.
All in all it's an ok car way and I was able to wash my large van. The friendly staff in the office earned a few of the stars!”

“DJ the agent at the Pierpont pickup location was very helpful and congenial. Made the pick up process very smooth. U-Haul also has a great process for order and pickup confirmations with texts, emails and calls. It was reassuring, since moving is a stressful process and it is easy for details to fall through the cracks. Thanks U-Haul Team!”
“I’ve rented U-Haul trailers from this business for several years now, and I’m a frequent customer of their self-serve car wash. Every person at this business who I have worked with has been extremely kind and extremely helpful! Every. Single. Time.
They maintain their U-Haul products in excellent shape and they make renting from them just a simple pleasure!
As far as their self-serve car wash goes: It’s always maintained with soap and wax. And, they are the only business in this area that I am aware of with heated concrete in the car wash bays. This means that during the winter time when you use the self-serve car wash you’re not risking a slip and fall!

“KP was great, and assisted me when the app would not work for contactless pickup. Truck was clean, but the box was wet. Assuming a recent power wash. Nothing a tarp couldn't solve, so not a huge problem. Wasn't very happy with the $25 difference for the rental from the website though. All charges should be made clear at the time of reservation, even if it's estimated taxes and fees. Came in expecting to pay $35, and my actual cost was just shy of $60. And let me be clear, the actual cost wasn't the issue. It was expecting one price and paying another. KP was very patient and informed me of each fee, line by line. Customer service was a 10 out of 10. Will use this location if needed in the future.”

“I needed to rent a 10ft. Small truck to move a desk on a free day. Not only was I able to reserve a truck easily, I was also able to easily pick it up on time.
The woman who helped me was extremely kind and helpful, and it was a very straight forward process from start to finish! Would definitely rent here again!”
