“Upon returning the vehicle the “key drop box” was a little difficult to find. There were stickers pointing to the right of the main entrance…so I walked to the right and noticed a sticker pointing back to the left. No where in between the stickers was the drop box. Another customer was returning a rental at the same time and was having the same issue. Besides that everything was great!!”

“I picked up at this location, changed my date and time and called Michelle atleast 4 times. Our transport had a tire that blew but it had nothing to do with this location as they tried to do nothing but help me. I was exhausted after the trip and things did not go well and when I left my original feedback, I did it the day I returned and should've waited as my frustrations were conveyed in my feedback and misplaced. I would go back to this location, I would 100% recommend it to friends & family, and Michelle was without question the nicest, most knowledgeable GM of a uhaul.I have ever rented from. I apologize for the feedback I left originally and I thank you so very much for your help along our journey..”
“I had some car problems and needed a rental to get me through the week. Honestly, I've never rented a vehicle before so I though I could just do a walk-in and everything would work out. It might have happened, if I had visited some week other than college Spring Break! This is a small lot near-ish MSU campus so call ahead to make a reservation! The employee politely explained that nothing was immediately available and offered to take my number in case something was returned ahead of schedule. He also suggested that I try the Avis/Budget location at the Lansing Airport (which worked out for me). Customer service was excellent and the place is open on the weekends but with limited hours.”
“Was just in there to pick up a car dolly. Gregory B was amazing. There was issues with availability due to a broken tail light. Gregory swapped one out real quick in the freezing rain and got me back on the road. Thank you Gregory!”
