“Just had 2 fine young men ( Terrance & Nassir) come to my residence and remove a sleeper sofa and loveseat. Terrance and Nassir both were pleasant and professional from the moment they arrived to the time they departed. They were also very eager and patient in answering any and all questions/concerns I had. The 2 pieces I had were heavy and bulky! They carefully got them through a small space (hallway) and out the door with no damage to my walls, floors, or doors. Very Happy with the entire process! I also am more than pleased with the quick scheduling and more than fair pricing, which I say Thank You to the owner (Damian) for! I called Liberty via a Google search on Monday 7/24, and All Is Done Tuesday 7/25! Really Impressed Big Time and Will Call on them again, FOR SURE!”

“I have been SOOO Frustrated 🥴 with Public Storage today until the Manager Devin of my Facility in East pointe return my call. I have been unsuccessful in gaining access to my Unit. But Manager Devin customer service skills were Outstanding!! 😄 He address my issue SWIFTLY and called me back to let me know that I will have no more issues with gaining access to my Unit. WOW !!! Your AWESOME DEVIN. Somebody out there STILL have compassion for the Handicap 👍😁”
