“We had a vehicle break down approx 60 miles from home, so we rented a flat bed car hauler to go and retrieve the vehicle. Staff was helpful, friendly and helped us hook up, get the lights working and head in down the road. The trailer worked perfectly! It has built-in straps to anchor the car (but we added more). Note: the vehicle your towing sites far up on the trailer, so due to the weight of the engine it increases your tongue weight. We had a full size older Excursion and it squatted the vehicle quite a bit. But it pulled well and got is home with no incidents.”
“My experience with cold storage at Your Personal Vault on Franklin Street has been positive from day one over 25 years ago. The facility is clean. The lighting on the 4th floor needs improvement. Especially over my unit #425. It was always in disrepair. That’s why I gave it 4 rating out of 5 rating.
Staff have always been pleasant and helpful, however,
I recommend YPV Franklin Street for cold storage.”

“Well I got to say I used D&D moving and Storage, I called they came and gave me estimate once I agreed they packed the whole house and it was last minute, emergency because I didn't have no where to go, but they took the time and bubble wrapped expensive stuff and everything and I kept my stuff there probably a year before I bought my house and that was 1995, they did an amazing job and as for my stuff still the same as when I put it in there.”

The return process was just as simple. I downloaded the app and created an account and saw an after hours return option which was great although I din't have to use that feature. I just pulled up and dropped off.”

“Our experience with Grosse Pointe Moving was outstanding in all aspects. The quoting process went very well with Zak and Kyle and the video conferencing was extremely helpful. The day of the move started out rainy but our crew arrived on time, to Canton, MI. They were efficient and careful with all our furniture and nothing was damaged (my grandma's cedar chest came through in perfect condition, and there wasn't a mark on any of the walls). We couldn't have asked for more from Nick and the crew and we were extremely happy at the end of the day. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and our real estate agent.
