After deciding we wanted a Sleep Number bed, my wife and I visited the Granger, IN store. Walking in the store was a bit overwhelming. I didn’t realize how many options there were. However, after telling him what we were looking for, JJ helped us narrow our selection very quickly. The process was quick but not rushed.
Extra kudos to JJ. My wife and I weren’t the only customers in the store but he was the only employee working. It was near closing time on a Saturday night and he handled it like a pro.”

“Store is a bit disorganized and crowded with stuff in parts, but lots of great products. The line is often long due to only one or two staff working at the registers at a time. When I went recently, two additional staff were playing around behind the register and one walked away, while the other decided multiple overhead announcements were more important than helping a very long line of customers. When I was finally called up, the same two were arguing over who was going to work the register…right in front of me, while I’m there waiting to check out… I do hope they can work on their customer service skills and efficiency a bit. At least I got some nice stuff. Great store if you don’t care about being helped. ??♀️”
“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everything about our experience here was amazing. The minute we walked in the door for the first time we felt welcomed. DJ greeted us with the biggest personality and smile. He got to know us and the next time we came into the store he recognized us and helped us find more furniture. We will definitely plan on buying all of our future furniture needs here.”

“Lots of interesting items and we got lots of goodies but be very careful about what you pick up. A lot of the food, personal items, and cleansers are all expired (coffee expired 11-2022 and it's 6-2023). And nearly all the nail polishes and serums were open and used. Otherwise, we did buy some fun stuff here.”

“I can not speak highly enough to level of work done by Josh & his crew at Coach Supply Direct. My wife & I completely refurbished a 10 year old coach. I used another contractor in the Elkhart area for some of the heavier overhaul stuff but while in the area we wanted to also check out Josh. We met with him and hit it off so we decided to “throw some work” his way; we could not be happier. I wish I would have had Josh & his crew at Coach Supply Direct perform all of my upgrades but I can assure you that nobody other than Josh will ever touch my coach again. Specifically, Josh put in an absolutely beautiful laminate floor, new carpet, fireplace, upgraded my sound system, new TVs, stereo, some soundproofing and heat protection on my doghouse (front engine diesel), various electrical upgrades, added power sources, fixed (and found) a VERY small and perplexing shower leak, changed out all valances, new LED lights throughout, & repaired a windshield seal (talked me OUT of a more expensive repair). The floor is AMAZING as well. Josh and his crew glue down a wood subfloor and roll it before laying down the laminate; the trim work after the floor is FANTASTIC as well to include complex angles and small trim pieces, well done. Josh is a good Christian man with a strong work ethic; I am proud to now call him a friend.One more thing: I see some of the negative reviews here about long wait times; I too was caught up in that with another supplier, NOT JOSH’S FAULT! Villa RV furniture (high end) was out of foam. I canceled my order for 2 captains chairs from them after waiting more then a year. I wanted some Flexsteel Furniture as well; Josh was the one who told me that they had left the RV furniture market thus forcing us to reupholster our existing furniture. Most of these customers were caught up in the time period where Flexsteel shutdown thus stranding customers AND suppliers like Josh. He is a good man!”
