Dr. Brancaleon did a fantastic job of diagnosing the condition (which the other clinic dismissed) and came up with a sound treatment plan. “Sue's Small Stuff has always taken great care of our old man, Tank. He's never liked his toes trimmed and the groomers -in particular Miss Kelly -has always been kind and gentle with him. When Tank got older, started losing his sight, and was prone to seizures when he became anxious, Kelly was always patient with him. She would come out into the lobby and sit on the floor with him so he would be comfortable. We lost Tank this past July, but I will always be thankful for the loving care Miss Kelly always have to him. The other groomers are just as wonderful, listening to our needs and taking wonderful care of the doggos. (Tank is pictured first. Asher, a foster, is second)”

“Words cannot express our appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Tracey Eichenseer. Our baby girl Asia, a German Shepherd was diagnosed with cancer in April. Aisa was given a couple weeks to live and due to the love that Dr. Tracey shows towards her patients and their owners she actually live about six weeks longer than expected. She encouraged her owner to do everything and anything to make her happy give her ice cream and pancakes if that’s what she wants, play, go to the lake.. and Asia did live her best life. Thank you Dr. Tracy Eichenseer for going above and beyond.. We truly appreciate you and your team more than words can express!! Susan, Jack and Bodie!!”

“This clinic is chock full of animal peoples. I haven’t spoken to anyone there that doesn’t a household full of animals. The always greet you and animals with joy. After you’ve been there a few times the remember pets names and people will come out front to give you babies love. I haven’t spoken a small dog that they did extensive surgery on and she had a super recovery. ❤🩹 The after care is very comforting to both patient and pet. They have so many available services any the best yet, you don’t have to call and wait. You can text them whenever it’s convenient for you ( Sat @ 3 Am) and they well get back next business day. They also will call &/or text with appointment reminders. You won’t be disappointed ❣”

“We are so grateful for the kind treatment we received here. Although the procedure our kitty needed turned out to be unaffordable on our (rather low) budget, we felt that the doctor and the staff all "bent over backwards" to try to provide us as much help as they could give, and to make our decisions easier. The doctor spent a lot of time talking with us and gave us much helpful information, including possible options. I wish I'd had the money to get the surgery done at this clinic, because these people are clearly some of the best--if your cat needs a dental procedure, you will get top-of-the-line pain prevention and control here; plus, you'll get to meet some of the nicest people in the vet business. True, the rates are not cheap, but in this case you get the superb care you pay for. I would recommend this clinic a dozen times over!”

“I tried several veterinarians for my dog to get the right one. Out of all of them I tried the animal care clinic was the best one. The people there was overwhelmingly nice, kind and caring. They were a little bit more expensive than the other veterinarians I went to but it was well worth it they were so kind and caring about my dog that I will always use them as my veterinarian from that time forward. I would recommend this Veterinarian to everyone and I don't recommend things lightly.”

“This facility has always been kind and caring with all three of our Cats who are at different stages in life and all have different temperments when visiting the Vet. They are thorough in explaining what is happening and what is needed for proper care. There is always the option of a bill breakdown/bill cost explanation before the end of your visit. I reccomend this facility to all of my cat owner friends.”

“My senior dog was at end of life and in a dire situation. The staff was very respectful and took my little guy and treated him with kid gloves. They gave us all the time we needed to say good-bye. The doctor took the time and let us know what was going on with him. They took us right away. I would easily trust them again and am very thankful for their kindness.”
