“We brought our Giant Schnauzer in to get a second opinion on some blood test results from another clinic. Dr. Curtis was incredibly thorough and explained everything extensively. She took the time to make sure we understood the more complicated aspects of the test results which we’ve never experienced from a Vet before. We are so happy we decided to look for a second opinion, because of the experience we had with Dr. Curtis we have found our new vet! Thank you again for seeing us on short notice!”
“Molly, the vet tech at East Bay Animal Hospital was nothing short of amazing. The first time I called there she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns regarding my dog. She was a book of knowledge. Her willingness to spend a significant amount of time and reassure me is what made me choose this place as my vet. A lot of times people rush you off the phone, but Molly made me feel like I was a priority even though we hadn't even been there yet. That kind of customer service you just can't find anymore.
