“This is a one stop shopping for campers, renters, tourists, locals, bikers(gas, electric, muscle)picnickers et al. They have marine gas ( no alcohol), they fill propane tanks at their own fill station. About 1/3 of the store is a well stocked hardware store. They have prepared foods such as sandwiches, pizza, roller hot dogs. And A WALK IN BEER COOLER! If you can’t find it, you don’t need it. All they need to 6 stars is a good selection of therapeutic gummies ( That maybe pushing it a little). Also they are open Sundays, even in the dead zone (winter). I left out they have fresh cuts of meats (butcher)and prepared salads, potatoes, casseroles and alike.”
“Independent market, great place for groceries, homemade soups, ready to serve dinners, anything you need for a Fall cookout. They are pleasant, cart-to-trunk help getting your purchases to your vehicle.Support the little guy, help them stay solvent against big box stores.”
“Another small town special right by the city dock on Intermediate Lake. For people doing the “Chain of Lakes” tour it is a great place to stop for pizza, cold beer, fishing supplies any hardware to keep the boat running, it one stop shopping for the locals and tourists. It nice to have their summer rush so they can stay open all year. They now make pizzas and related foods. Have to try that.”

“Very friendly staff. They have pet foods, cleaning products, household needs, frozen and dairy products, as well as clothing items, cell and giftcards,makeup,hair color.....I'm sure you get the idea. They have a bit of everything.”
“Pretty standard $$ GENERAL. I was there on a Friday afternoon and some items were in short supply, but they had alternatives. I always get a pop and bag of chips to consume whilst I shop and tell the cashier the container leaked and I should only be compensated for my inconvenience, it never works. I’m less tempted to buy big ticket items at the dollar store which saves me money .

“Our daughter got married in Michigan - we turned it into a 10 day mini vacation so while there we shopped st the family fare several times. Store was clean, well stocked and employees were very nice! Being from Eastern NC we found some prices alittle higher than home but we kinda expected that. We did introduced to Koegel hot dogs they have become our favorite but we can’t get them at home but we can order them online! Overall Family Fare was a great place to shop!”
