Big thanks to Kevin at the Elsie, MI Post Office. I had two packages with the Elsie zip code which is one digit off from mine that had been traveling around Michigan for weeks before he sorted it out for me. It was a frustrating experience, he was very polite and professional. I really appreciate his customer service!
