Friendly but our packages never arive to there location intact. Never have a problem shipping through anywhere else

Printing out forms for my new job from a USB was painless. Why buy a printer and easier than going to library.

Does not return Amazon through UPS. Probably great with everything else, but don't waste your time or gas for returns here. Just wanted to get that info out there. This is NOT an authorized UPS store.
