“Went in for rusted brake line and realized I wasn't sure what size line I needed. First wasn't sure if line was 3/16 or 1/4 inch. Pat looked it up, and saved a trip home to look. After installing the repair line I had more rust damage and broke the bleeder on the caliper. Went back and John was awesome making sure I had everything I need for the repair along with tips to save some headaches. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff you don't find in the bigger chain parts stores. Highly recommend checking them out”
“After having a terrible streak of luck, my wife and I both had deer hits on each of our vehicles. We used Edwards Collision Center for the first one and didn’t even flinch on where to take the second car. For both accidents the insurance company was somewhat difficult to work with but Mark and the Edwards team was able to work with the insurance company to get the issues solved! I would recommend their collision center to anyone!”

“I have bought 3 boats with motors from Richards over the past 10 years and every dealing from purchasing it, them maintaining and storing it during winter has been enjoyable and fair. Our camp is over an hour away and each year, Steve delivers our pontoon and picks it up in the fall, so we don't have to own a trailer. He will even will take it thru 2 channels to our dock if we want. Danny was very fun and easy to deal with. He even sold me two sea kayaks that were not for sale as I really wanted them and gave me a great deal. Richards Boatworks is a great place to use if you have a boat.”

“Called into Race Driven to inquire about a 300 XC-W they had for sale and spoke to Adam. I had a great conversation with him regarding the 250 vs. 300 debate and he shared some great feedback based on conversations he's had with co-workers who ride the same bikes, as well as prior customers.The fee structure at their location is quite reasonable compared to other KTM dealers and at the time of my call, they were throwing in trail tags with the purchase, which I found to be a nice gesture. I ended up buying the same bike from a dealer I stumbled on that was a bit closer to me, but I without a doubt would have purchased from Race Driven just the same. Very nice folks, and I'll be reaching out to them for any future purchases!Thank you Adam!”
“Third time having the vehicle detailed here. First time they did they did a good job.
The next time there was dirt left in the cup holders and under the seats, parts weren’t vacuumed. Gave them the benefit of the doubt.
This time there was still dirt on the seat, dirt under the seats, stuff on the console, under the floor mats and just overall not as clean as I would expect it to be. I brought the kid out and pointed it out to him and he offered to take it back in but I declined and explained this was the third time this happened and just want to show him.
This was on a 2020 Silverado.
Update: They called back and offered a free detailing to compensate for the last one.”

“Went out of their way to try to fix a tire one day, and advised me extra ways to fix it. And when that didn't work completely met my budget I squished me in when they didn't have any time on the schedule still, I couldn't believe the amount of care and effort to get my problems fixed. It was beyond amazing and I'll sing of their praises as long as I can. I'd had a terrible situation happen and they went out of their way to make sure that they could fix as much of it as could be. Also doing little things here and there and not charging when someone is already struggling financially is such a blessing. I was so relieved and grateful thank you Walmart Escanaba. You need more workers like you guys in your company Sarah at the counter, a sweet girl that I didn't catch your name yesterday and the gentleman who worked in the tire Bay who I also didn't get their names, Douglas i think, but not sure. “They do great work, had a headlight bulb quit working and it's a pain in the butt to replace, bumper removal and the whole nine yards. Well had a local mechanic shop do it but couldn't fix it paid over $1000, they claimed 6 hours of labor they did plus sensors and system resets. Went to Ward's and they replaced not only the bulb harness (which was the problem) but all the broken pieces from the last shop to try and fix it. Great job!”
