“While on vacation we were driving from Mackinac to Madison for 1 leg of our trip. Heard a horrible noise and realized the skid plate broke on our Audi outside of Escanaba. Looked at options, of course no Audi dealer here. Saw a Midas and remembered we received good service years ago. Went in and told the manager what happened. He got us in the 1st bay to open and the mechanic had the remaining plate removed in 10 minutes. What great service!!!”

He was very kind, helpful, accommodating, and he even shared some of his personal photos with us when he picked up the boat.
