“These guys are the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, great pricing, did not try to take advantage of the fact that I'm traveling (I've had that happen before, they don't seem to do that here). Jace was particularly helpful. They get and stay busy because they're so good so get your call in early and they'll squeeze you in ASAP. Also, on some days if you sit in the lobby and you allow it, a big beautiful dog will walk across you to look out the window, and then just kinda stand on you for a few minutes while he looks at something interesting out there and occasionally licks your face. This is not a complaint, I truly loved it LOL and I'm sure if you can't or don't want to be around the dog it wouldn't be an issue. I'm also sure if I had discouraged the dog at any point he would have stopped and walked away and left me alone but I didn't discourage him so all that standing and face licking is entirely on me. And when I did get too hot and he was too heavy after a few minutes I said 'ok get down now sweetie' and gestured for him to get down and he hopped right down. Everything about my entire experience here was great.”

Was still a week wait for Jerry's but the guy behind the counter didn't laugh in my face apologized about the wait was very respectful and knocked out my problem same day the appointment was cant get any better customer service if you paid extra for it lol.”

“Brought my F350 here for a bad coolant leak. Ben took it without an appointment even tho they were super busy and we finally got it into a shop after calling around for a few days without luck. They squeezed us in right away and started working, they sent us pictures of the issues and got them taken care of. I'm super happy to have my truck back working great and great group of guys. I asked them to put together a list of things to be taken care of and pick away at as we go and it was honest and to the point and I will be bringing it here from now on for any work. I appreciate the trust that was quickly built both ways and everyone I've talked to was great ? just great mechanics doing a great job and thinking about their customers, can't ask for more than that. Ive never had a mechanic, I've always done the work myself but that diesel needs someone experienced and I officially have my first and hopefully for good mechanic ? thanks guys I will be seeing yall soon! ❤️”
