Well went to AutoZone in Kalamazoo on Riverview. Told the lady what I needed, throttle pedal position sensor.but instead got throttle position sensor. Luckily the AutoZone in escanaba was able to take care of us. Now I remember why we switched auto stores. I know advanced auto listens to us.

Went in this morning with a failing battery ,
10°f and 30 mph winds and Mack got my new battery installed and got me going again! All with a smile on his face!

Absolutely above and beyond customer service at this location! The man helping me not only found out which wipers it was I needed but then once my card declined over and over again he STILL GAVE ME the wipers for just the 6 dollars in cash I had (the total was $25) and then came outside and replaced them for me while showing me how to do it myself next time! Guaranteed to always shop with you guys from now on and thanks again to the man behind the counter!

I went to auto zone in escanaba to ask if they knew how to change my tail light in my hummer h2 Calvin that works there came out and helped so much. He got my tail light change and his coworker. It was a female I cannot remember her name, but she changed my fog light in the front with no problem. They were such a big help. They went beyond their job to help me out with the situation on my truck. I really appreciate them for what they did. Thank you guys at AutoZone.

I really like most of the people who work here. They're really nice and helpful and they'll try to help me with any problem I might have. AutoZone is the cheapest out of all the auto parts stores in town which is a plus, most of the time the parts I need are never in stock but that's not the staff's fault. One thing that drives me nuts is that half the time I've gone in for a part I will get the wrong part much to the confusion of me and the staff, seemingly this issue is caused by their computer system which is extremely outdated.
