“I’ve been coming to East River for many years, and I’m not sure why it’s taken me so long to write a review. East River has always taken amazing care of my two dogs. Both have faced various health issues over the years, and the team is always there whenever we need them. In the past eight years, I’ve visited several veterinary clinics, but none have earned my trust like Dr. Dubs and the staff at East River. They are truly kind, caring, and compassionate professionals who go above and beyond for their patients.”

“Dr. Grappin and the whole staff are amazing, so kind helpful and you can tell the genuinely care about your pets. They have seen all 4 of my dogs at different stages of life from senior dogs and supporting me and them with the hard decisions. To new puppies and laughing with me about their silly playful quirks as they excited pee all over. You know your pets are well loved and looked after with this team! The monthly payment plans are awesome spreading out the vet bills throughout the year rather than the big lump sums.”

“I regularly bring in my kitty Trooper to have his nails clipped. The girls who take him back and work with him are very kind and welcoming. Troopers nails look good when they are finished. Trooper also depends on the veterinarians and assistants for his health care. They are highly competent, thorough and concerned.
