“Left a 5 star review over a year ago, but with another amazing experience for my pup, I wanted to update it.
The folks at east river are great, despite my dog being quite nervous, she manages to warm up to the vets in no time. The facility is clean and appointments are timely. It hasn't been cheap, but what vet clinic is? That being said I'm happy to say my dog and I will continue to return here!”

“I have three cats that I bring here - two of them have high anxiety with crating, car rides, and exams, so vet appointments could easily be a nightmare. But the vet techs and doctors are so patient and gentle with my boys, and have prescribed great anxiety meds to make things easier on them. I'm very picky with who I trust to take care of our cats, and I have no worries at all about the care our boys receive here. We've been with this office for 4 years now and have only had positive experiences - through standard appointments and shots, getting fixed and microchipped, and even an urgent care visit. I would highly recommend this office!”

“We've gone to this clinic a lot with our rats in the past, and they've always treated them with the utmost respect and care. We recently started bringing our new dog Sophia, and they were just as lovely as always. Attentive to her anxieties and were willing to be patient with her (and us, we're pretty new to this). Kind, knowledgeable staff :)”

“Our ten year old lab wast so sick. We went to several different veterinary clinics with no results. It was looking like we may have to put him down. Then someone recommended Bay VetMED! They did an amazing job with our boy. They found the problem and did the surgery. We are blessed to still have him with us. We have continued to go here with all of our other pets now as well. “May dog had bloat in the middle of the night and had to be out to sleep. It was very emotional and the staff was very supportive, especially the vet. We had Bo cremated through a service they recommended and we were able to pick him up 2 days later. They also sent us a sympathy card & notified our vet that Bo had passed. It was an awful situation, but they helped us threw it. I would use their emergency services again.”

“I regularly bring in my kitty Trooper to have his nails clipped. The girls who take him back and work with him are very kind and welcoming. Troopers nails look good when they are finished. Trooper also depends on the veterinarians and assistants for his health care. They are highly competent, thorough and concerned.
I thank all who work here for their wonderful care.”
