“The front office at Animal Alley was very empathetic and was able to squeeze Finn in for an urgent-care appointment. Wait time was minimal and once he was in the exam room he was attended to without interruption. After treatment, he is once again healthy. All the staff ~ from the receptionists to the techs to the doctors ~ were good listeners and treated Finn with the utmost care.”

“Awesome place for your 4-legged family members. Brought my daughter's dog & cat to get a through check up & the necessary vacc for int'l travel. They were very caring, accommodating, and the Vet was very thorough with the exam, and made sure the necessary paperwork was in order. The Vet and her staff was nothing short of amazing I highly recommend this place!”

“They are always so good with my dogs whenever I need to bring them in despite my 2 males being very reactive. They are so good despite the fact that at first my boys are being reactive by the end of the visit they are relatively chill by the time we are leaving. They have always been good.with my dogs from tthe first time I ever brought one of my dogs to them some 20 years ago through those dogs whole life to my next fur babies to my current fur babies. Even though I'm moving out of the county I will still keep them as.my animals vet because they are so good.”
“I just picked my cat, Reaper up from getting spayed here :) the staff was super nice and seemed to have treated my girl well. Her spay went good, and it was super affordable”

“Edit: Today was very difficult. I had to take my 12 year old husky Zeus in and have him put down. This dog was my best friend, confidant, my shadow, and my favorite dog. Dr AJ and staff made this go a lot easier with their procedure. What i mean is the way they do the euthanizing. They come in, spoil him, then give him an opioid to calm him, about 10 minutes later they give him the final injection. But that whole time i was able to lay there with Zeus, love on him and comfort him. They even made sure i was okay. This man's care and compassion is what all veterinarians and even human doctors should have. Most don't. I'm going to be moving a couple hours away but I'm telling you I'll make the trip to come to veterinary health center in saginaw. I'm proud to call this man my friend. Dr Tina is awesome too and their whole staff are just amazing people.
Dr AJ is an amazing vet! Very friendly and knowledgeable and informative. My 6 year old orange tabby cat was mauled by my husky while I was out of town. Took him to the emergency vet because it was late at night and after $2000 we were on our way home. Took him to Veterinary health which is where i have taken him since we moved here and they were so great with him and he's on the right track to heal up. I won't say exactly what they did but trust me when I say they went way above and beyond for me and pumpkin. This is the only place I will ever take my pets. Thank you Dr AJ and veterinary health!”
“I have always gotten excellent care at Saginaw Valley Equine Clinic. The entire staff there is great, very compassionate and knowledgeable. Melissa Aceto is our vet for our horse and many of my friends horses. Melissa takes her time to explain what she is doing and why, she goes above and beyond to treat the horses and make sure they are comfortable and that the owner’s are comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this establishment and Melissa and her coworkers. I know I’m not the only one that feels this way.”
“Dr. Kline and the staff at Riverside took fabulous care of our dog, Jude, when he had to have 13 teeth extracted and a mass removed from his gum. I can't say enough good things about the love and care they gave him and were very helpful in explaining everything to us!!! They were truly a God-send and we are grateful to have found them for our future veterinarian care!!! :0)”

“I want to thank Great Lakes Pet Emergencies for their compassionate, kind care in seeing our sweet Yellow Labrador Toby. We had to make the very heartbreaking decision to let him go, due to age and the pain he was in. Dr Dr. Matt Bullock and his staff were so kind, patient and professional with us. They were there when we needed them for our beloved boy Toby and did all they could for us. Thank you for the very kind card you sent us.
