“If you are a AAA member, go here to get your passport photos. The price was great at $8 for two photos. Also unlike other passport set-ups, AAA has an area off to the side with a tall cubicle partition so you can have your photo taken with more privacy than for example at UPS or the post office. The AAA staff at this location are always very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location.”
“Rented for about 3(?) weeks and I can honestly say I’m nothing but grateful for this company. Greg seems like the zero non-sense type, so be straight up with him about what you’re going through/dealing with and you won’t have any issues. COMMUNICATION IS KEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
From the time I picked up to the car to the day I returned my rental experience was smooth. If your car is cut off… 9/10 it’s due to non payment. Yes they have someone in the office with a “heavy” accent, but he’s not from America so what do you expect? Nyan (?) was nothing but helpful from the first day I called, truly a sweetheart.
PAY ON TIME. If you can’t, COMMUNICATE!! This is a company who has clearly been burned in the past and does NOT play about their vehicles being out on the road with an active balance!!
I can’t speak for others, but realistically who’s expecting a deposit back from a car they’re driving daily(putting heavy wear and tear on the car from ride share, not returned on a full tank/you’re clearly smoking in the cars/they’re dirty upon return? Come on now ? even Enterprise doesn’t play that. I forfeited my deposit so I could keep the car an extra day until I picked up my new car, win-win if you ask me. This company isn’t something you’re gonna find out there often, so I recommend you don’t burn that bridge.
