I bought a service/support plan through Diamedical for my hospital bed. I have dealt almost entirely with Tiffany Barker for support and repair. She has always been responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and persistent in getting my issues addressed. I am so pleased with her support and reassured that this plan was a wise investment.

Prompt delivery and great customer service! We are definitely ordering from DiaMedical again.
