I don't want to blame the workers. The problem is the system they work under that often works it's best to deny and delay supplies for treatments. I is a systemic issue and not likely to change soon.

I have been trying to sign up for the website, and nothing seems to work. I will have to try to call customer service and see it they can make it work.
