“Great store with really unique products!!! They have super cool licensed apparel and products that are super popular like Totoro, Disney, Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, and Anime shows. They have lots of things like clothes, backpacks, mugs, notebooks, and stuffed animals. I love their selection of Loungefly bags and Disney stuff They also have fun little treats and snacks to try, Id recommend giving some of them a try!”
“Love Slades! The owner, Judie, and her staff are wonderful. The shop is gorgeous and so many wonderful brands to choose from. And, they do beautiful gift wrap that definitely makes it a one-stop shop. You can't go wrong shopping at Slades. On top of it all, they are very careful about mask wearing and hand sanitizing. Very safe shopping environment. No matter what the occasion, they will have the perfect gift....and, maybe pick up something for yourself while you're there!”

“One of my favorite little shops in Plymouth! Plus it's dog friendly too! Best finds for seriously anything. I love my Plymouth stuff especially my Plymouth pillow. Love that they have the cutest items that highlight the best community ever.Not from Plymouth, that's okay! I literally come here for most gifts. From Michigan related gear and gifts to the silliest items around, I can literally find something for everyone. It's unique and special, which makes shopping here even better. Is it bad that I want to accidentally keep most of the items I buy here? Beanies, pillows, magnets, candles, cards, geez! You name it! Love that I was able to come here for a bachelorette gift too!I highly recommend following them on IG too. I'm able to preview what's new and snag it before it's sold out. Score! On top of that, the owner puts out the best videos eveeerrrrr!!!”

“I went in for a card and was nicely greeted and informed that it was "what ever card Friday". I asked what that was and it was explained that there is a marked rack of cards of all types that were free on Fridays till the end of summer. No purchase is necessary, just pay sales tax. The store is very nice, it is a Hallmark Gold Crown. Well, I got a free card, purchased another, and found an adorable stuffed dog that I purchased from which part of the proceeds go to help homeless animals. So I also bought a gift bag and paper and left well pleased I had resolved the question of what I was going to give a little girl for her birthday. Went for a card and it ended up a one stop shop that resolved My quandary as to what to get her. All in all, a very pleasant experience, and I will go back there.”

“This particular location of Edible Arrangements (West Bloomfield) is a role model for TRUE, EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE. After delivering a fruit/floral arrangement and discovering a concern, I contacted the EA store. (Which is what ALL customers should do, have a discussion with management to attempt a resolution, rather than simply leaving poor reviews for any place of service. This is how companies change policies, or have an opportunity to make things right! )I asked to speak with the person in charge and was connected with Ginger. Ginger did her due diligence by asking several questions to understand the situation and additionally confirm that the product has not been received several days prior to the pictures I was showing her.After careful assessment, she offered to resolve the situation. This was handled quickly, professionally , and with prompt follow through. The recipient contacted me today and was so incredibly pleased with the alternative!Ginger is to be commended for being a fantastic face in a place where so often customer service skills fall flat nowadays, and defensiveness reigns.
