“I was a client with Strategy for quite some time. My experience was incredibly rocky and I made the decision to sell. However - While the properties were for sale I was assigned a new manager which I found very frustrating at first because she was my third manager during my time with this company. Very quickly though Dana was able to show me that things had started to move in a more positive direction. Within that first week I had more communication with her and problem solving than I'd seen in the last year. While I did continue on with the sale Dana made the experience much more positive and left me with a better impression of the company than I had previously held. In the future I may actually consider purchasing new investments in Detroit if the direction of ProWay continues on in the same manner that Dana demonstrated to me during those last few months.”

“Pnc is conveniently located adjacent to White Castle. The bank has no public restroom, but if the need arises while i'm at Pnc one is available at White Castle for the price of a slider. A detraction: The intersection of Telegraph and Schoolcraft Roads is often very busy. Some drivers operate as if they were going to a fire or as though they owned the road. -- tg”

“Not sure where to leave this review, but I was about to give Charles Schwab a 1 star review. Instead 5 because the transfer was completed at 1am thankfully. Not sure how though.On Maundy Thursday 4/18/2019, I needed to transfer some money from my Charles Schwab account to my Citi Bank account. After waiting 24 hours on Friday, the money had been withdrawn from my Charles Schwab account but Citi Bank had not received any notification of an incoming wire transfer. After contacting Charles Schwab about this issue they stated that Good Friday is an "ACH Holiday" and that the wire transfer would not be completed until Monday. This did not make sense to me because someone had already withdrawn the money, there were people working in customer service, and citibank had employees who were ready to receive the wire transfer. I was very upset because I needed to make a substantial payment this saturday and would have had to beg the biller to wait until Monday to accept the payment when Charles Schwab's ACH employees would return to work when clearly everybody else in the process was working.I think we get enough Catholic holidays off and for Good Friday to be a trading day, banks are still open, and a day before the weekend where many people travel poor effort on Charles Schwab to be properly staffed. It definitely caused me a lot of frustration and I venting here, but if anyone needs money before Easter weekend in the future make sure to start the transfer on wednesday at the latest.”
