“We had an exceptional experience, thanks to Jaclyn and Mike who helped us with our mattress exchange even a few days after the 120-night trial period. We had a week more left, however when we visited the store, the mattress we wanted to exchange with was at full price. Jaclyn and Mike suggested the new mattress will go on sale after a week, which would ideally be after our 120-night trial period, but we would save some money with the sale price. They assured that they will still let us exchange mattress even if we are a few days over. We were honestly nervous about the process, but they treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care from start to finish. They truly listened to our concerns and made sure we felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. It never felt like a transaction—it felt like someone genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Their professionalism and willingness to help went above and beyond our expectations. “We went to to Bob's in Livonia on Middlebelt where we were helped by Curtis. We needed Counter height stools for today but they unfortunately did not have any to take home same day on Christmas Eve. Curtis was extremely nice and helpful and sent us to the novi outlet to find what we needed. We did not leave Novi empty handed! We walked out with 2 counter height stools 1/2 price from the damaged section. They're perfect. Saad was great he helped us pay and showed us some other items. Even the guys hauling around our furniture were extremely helpful. From Livonia to Novi such great service im so glad we stopped in for the first time and made the trip out to the other store! We are already planning the next trip for our bedroom set. Thank you guys so much. Great service and we love our furniture!”

She picked out the perfect lamp to go with it and even had a measuring tape to help me with deciding on the right size end table. This was the best furniture buying experience I have had since I furnished my big house in NH. “Let’s start with the fact that I have never had a good experience with a furniture purchase or company in the past- I always feel pressured and like they are just there for the sale not for the help. This was the exact opposite of that! Bob’s came through for us! We knew what we were looking for but still wanted to look around. John approached us at the door and told us to look around and yell for him when we were ready. We were given time to explore and when we had questions, John helped- he didn’t follow us around and try to be salesy! He gave us great advice and worked out the details how we wanted them for what we all thought would work best in our home. He genuinely made us feel like he cared. When we made decisions we were able to take advantage to a few different payment options making financing very easy. Brittney helped with that- she was super nice and explained how everything works. Our delivery date is set for next week, but so far this was the best furniture purchase experience I have ever had! We will go back and ask for John!”

“Roderick was very helpful today in the purchase of my new lift chair recliner. Not only did he move the chairs I was interested in trying out away from the wall and move the surrounding furniture so I could get the “full experience,” his overall efficiency during the checkout process saved me a fair amount of time from my planned amount. I’m also grateful for his not pushy but rather kind, helpful “when needed “ and knowledgeable approach to sales. It was an amazingly pleasant experience with Roderick as my salesperson. Kudos to him and your whole team. I had another pleasant and unexpected experience while visiting this location. A different salesperson, name unknown, offered to get me a bottle of water while on his way to get one for his client during checkout. I felt cared for by the whole team, not just my salesperson. (He was working with his client at the desk adjacent to Roderick’s.) Thank you for a wonderful buying experience. And your price, with the 30%off Memorial Day sale was what closed the deal. My final out the door price with tax and all add-ons was less than one third the price of my second choice chair and there was a great add on warranty plan that made it too affordable to pass up. I love the feature of that if you don’t use the warranty within in the plan term time of four years, you get to apply the $99 charge paid at time of purchase to new furniture in the way of a store credit. And on top of all that, free delivery!”

My daughter and I had come in over the holiday and tried some out, and when I came back 10 days or so later he remembered who I was and exactly what I was looking for and answered all my questions.
