“Just got my Chevy Cruze back from them. It was very bad. Poor guys definitely had their work cut out for them. Seats also had some deep stains embedded in the fabric! They got every stain out 100%. These guys are the real deal. It looks like I just bought my car straight off the dealership lot again!!!”
“Nowadays, finding honest, fair mechanics and collision experts is a rarity. I've had my fair share of people not keeping their word, sugarcoat a problem, or take advantage of me down on my luck. As soon as I met and spoke with Mr. Haitham however, I realized that I had met such a rarity, that he would deal with me fairly, as long as I dealt fairly back.
He understood my situation immediately and was honest with his assessment of my vehicle and what I was wanting (namely to get it functional and safe). His price was more then fair and he was more then happy to show me his work and what he had done to make sure I knew nothing had been done that wasn't a necessity.
In an incredibly hard, and stressful situation for me, I felt assured that at least in this it would be okay. The night and day difference of the vehicles state is impressive. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work, honesty, and efficiency of Master Tech. While hopefully I will not need their collision repair services anytime soon, I at least feel assured I will have a trusted place to turn to if I do.”

They walked me thru the entire process, we're honest and open, really made the stress of it all manageable. In the end my car is good as new and I'm happy and thankful to have worked with this shop. “I had a hit-and-run accident last week, and all the shops I’ve been to quoted me between $1,000 to $1,400 for the paint scratches on the rear bumper.I finally took my car over to Lucky’s Collision, and Joey was able to remove the most of the other car’s paint and charged me only for the touch up paint bottle (around 30 bucks).It’s definitely not perfect close up, because it was not a complete paint overhaul, but as you can see now the paint damage is almost unnoticeable.Joey was very upfront and honest about the damage that my bumper had and did not overcharge me for the service which shows that he definitely knows his stuff.I definitely recommend this place to the others. Yeah it’s a lot but at the end of the day it’s making the car drive like brand new again with worry free, the main mechanic (Angelo) is a super friendly, really understanding and most importantly hard working person!

I could not believe the detailed work they did to clean the cars.. The price is very reasonable for the amazing work they do. I was very impressed the first time, so I decided to bring my mom’s car there and I met the owner and he was wonderful as his whole staff was. My mom’s car (a white Escape) had been sitting for a year and had a lot of sap & what looked like mold in spots. They got that car looking like it just came out of the showroom it was unbelievable. “Top-notch service from start to finish!
My truck was long overdue for some maintenance and TLC, and the owner and his team did an outstanding job going through it top to bottom, front to back. They were extremely thorough and kept me informed throughout the process.
After picking it up and bringing it home, I noticed a small spot on the floor the next day from an area where work had previously been done. I reached out to the owner, and without hesitation, he asked me to bring it back in for further inspection — no excuses, no brushing it off like “it was fine when it left.” That level of accountability says a lot about their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
The only downside is the price — but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. In this case, you’re paying for QUALITY workmanship and professionalism. I truly can’t stress enough how thorough and detail-oriented the team was.
I only wish I had the budget to move forward with another project at home — I wouldn’t hesitate to bring it to them.”
“Overall the $35 exterior+interior wash is good. It took around 30 minutes total. They vacuumed really well and got most things, except the dashboard still had a few spots but I wiped it after pretty easily. Overall would recommend.”

“Excellent!!!! The work, the attention to detail the craftsmanship, the customer service. I know MAACOs reputation but you have to realize they are independently owned. Your experience in one shop may vary vastly from your buddy’s across town. What I can say is I have a classic car with aluminum, steel and plastic pieces. For the work that MAACO off 8 mile road in Farmington MI did, my car looks WAYYY better than when I brought her in. There was an option where I could have gone with a “jerry rigged” fix to the drivers headlight because my used part had broken tabs. MAACO called me, let me know, I saw the headlight and it was a fine install but there were gaps, so I chose to re-replace my eBay headlight with another one that had intact tabs and the fit was flawless. A lot of shops would NOT go that Extra mile, they would tell you it’s good enough. So trust me, when you know what you want this MAACO shop will work with you.”
