Decent pricing, horribly understaffed. One person was handling the car availability, check-in, check-out, vehicle hand-off. And online booking doesn't guarantee car availability. I got lucky, but some others didn't.

STAY AWAY. We arrived to pick up our rental car that we had made a RESERVATION for and was told very rudely that they had sold out for the day even though I had a reservation I made months ago. No help or offer to find us something and had to stand outside in the rain waiting for an uber since she had locked the door on...

No cars for us when we showed up at our reservation time. Despite us having said reservation we were told that didn’t matter and that she was closed. Didnt even offer to try and help us in any way. Rude
