Steer clear! Prepaid for car, received confirmation and went to pickup car and was told no cars are available. I received no call in advance to let know there wasn’t a car. The mgr couldn’t issue a refund, nor find another vehicle. Required me to call support for over 30 minutes just to get through to get my refund for the car they confirmed would be available but wasn’t. Absolutely terrible branch and customer experience.

Recently I rented Budget rental car from O'Hare airport, charged $ for full tank gas even though I opted out. Front desk clerk here found that issue when I returned the car, removed the charge from my bill. Beware if you rent Budget/Avis from Airports.

Warning: NO AFTER HOURS DROP BOX!Because of that, I took off 2 stars as I feel this is the bare minimum of a car rental place. This should be told to customers on the day they pick up their car, so they don't run into my problem of planning my commute to work the next day around this inconvenience.

Cars are NOT cleaned at all! Yuck! Cars reserved are rarely available and they don't upgrade...just give you something else in the line you ordered, which is usually not as nice. Sorry...used to really like this place.

Super quick process, friendly and honest staff. I accidentally forgot my son and my sunglasses they kept for me and I picked it up couple of days later.And they have the "best rates" is town.Thank you!

If I could have zero, I would. I made a last minute reservation today due to my car being in the shop for longer than expected. I was initially met with a friendly young man who was willing to help though I arrived at closing due to Costco giving me that time as my pickup time. Unfortunately that was the beginning and end of any pleasantries. The woman working the counter responded to my "hi how are you?" with a snotty "trying to go home." After waiting for a few moments all while she huffed and puffed in frustration, she tells me they don't have the vehicle class I reserved and only has larger ones but can't give me one because they need them tomorrow. I would never recommend this business not because of the lack of vehicles but because of the abysmal attitude and lack of customer service.

Beware to pick up car at this location. It’s is the worst customer service ever. I renter a car for the long weekend and was not told I had to vaccum the car before returning. But for a surprise when I returned the car the person names Wesley told that the car needs to be vacuumed and cleaned before returning. Even though in Budget website it clearly says that “no cleaning and washing required before returning”. I tried to explain him the same but he was not ready to listen to me. He was very rude and arrogant.Can Budget please take this review seriously and train the staff at this location on how to treat customers.The guy named Wesley is rude, arrogant and horrible to deal with.

One of the worst customer service at this store. Beware they try to charge you for everything they can after returning the car. We returned the car clean with the trash taken out and cleared all our stuff. But still they demanded us to vacuum the carpets which was a little dirty from our shoes. They charged us $65 for carpet vacuuming.Weasley was the guy at the rental while retuning the car. He was very rude and arrogant. This is the worst behavior from a staff at this location. Avoid this location as much as possible.

I tried to rent a car twice, but their system was not able to accept my Mexican credit card, supposedly due to the bank's refusal, however I had already made purchases for more money without problems.

I had the best experience at this location. Jim was AWESOME! Amazing customer service. I will definitely use them in the future.
