I thought we may need to get rid of the car. I’ve tried everything. Jazzy Fresh spent all day here! Ozone treatment and detailing. The car looks and smells amazing! So happy. Can’t wait to use the service again on the rest of our vehicles. Dont hesitate to call.”

They use the same dirty towels on the windshield, which is oily. I see one guy wiping his face with a towel. Then, wiping the car, putting the oil off his face on the car.”

Herb did an outstanding job. The vehicle looks fantastic inside and out, and the attention to detail was obvious from the moment I picked it up. Beyond the quality of the work, Herb was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and the service exceeded my expectations.
One thing I especially appreciated was that I needed a ride home after dropping off the vehicle, and Herb was kind enough to personally give me a ride. That level of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find.
The Bloomfield Hills location is very convenient for my family, which makes the experience even better. Based on this experience, I plan on bringing my wife's SUV in later this summer and will absolutely be using Herb and Metro Detroit Auto Detailing again in the future.

“I took my car in this past weekend to get it cleaned up the car belonged to my mother in and rest her soul but she wasn’t the best and keeping it clean so I had John and his team clean the car I was a little worried that it wouldn’t come out that good but when I got there to pick up the car at the end of the day the car looked absolutely amazing John and his team did great on the car I was completely impressed on how the car came out I’m not sure if it was just John that worked on the car or if he had help but I just want to say thank you so very much for making the car look good again John”

“I am very anal about my jeeps and take pride in them remaining like new. In which I have a 26 now and if I don't want the brushes used on my vehicle that's my choice. It came out beautiful with the spray and wash through. I see very muddy vehicals go through and I know it can scratch your car from the brushes. Thank you for understanding. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming - I swear I felt like I was hanging out with friends by the time I picked up my Jeep!
Communication was always quick, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. My SUV was absolutely spotless, inside and out. And Will went above and beyond to give extra attention to a few areas I was particularly concerned about. He was incredibly friendly and conversational while still being super efficient and clearly taking a lot of pride in his work. I felt like he genuinely went out of his way to help me. - That level of customer service is rare, and I truly appreciate it.

I could not believe the detailed work they did to clean the cars.. The price is very reasonable for the amazing work they do. I was very impressed the first time, so I decided to bring my mom’s car there and I met the owner and he was wonderful as his whole staff was. My mom’s car (a white Escape) had been sitting for a year and had a lot of sap & what looked like mold in spots. They got that car looking like it just came out of the showroom it was unbelievable. Top notch service at reasonable prices, very friendly staff & owner..

“I went for my first car wash and a very nice gentleman named. Michael told me about the monthly program where you could get unlimited car washes for a really good price so I signed up for it and then two weeks later my credit card that I had used was compromised so I had to get a new one. I had some trouble making that happen and putting in the new information on the website so I stopped in today and I was so happy to see Michael’s friendly face. He helped me to update my credit card information and now my car is sparkling cleaned again. I’m not always happy working with robots and computers. I’m more of a human to human contact type of consumer and at this car wash. Should you have the pleasure of interacting with Michael? We will find that he is a lovely human.”
