“This is a review for Uncle Ed's on Plymouth next to Riverside. Brian and the team are excellent, thorough and fast, even during peak rush hour when I stopped in. I've had oil changes around Livonia, Michigan, and out-of-state, this team is definitely the fastest and gets you in and out quickly. I've waited in line for over a half hour, and for some, service times taking almost an hour, with the same number of people on staff at other places. Brian is very knowledgeable and caught that the other shops had been putting the wrong oil in my vehicle. Performance is now much better. Thank you to the these professionals at my local Livonia oil change shop. It's nice to stay local.”

Carriage is hands down one of the last standing car washes left that people actually take pride in their work and make sure the vehicle looks good. “I have a quick pass visited the car was on Monday after noticing something black all over my white car didn’t know if it was oil or tar…after going through the line twice Kirk offered to come over and help me remove what was remaining. Kirk helped me get my car clean-he went over and above to assist me. You don’t find willingness and people like Kirk often, he definitely is an asset to the business!!!”

“This was my first visit to this car wash, only since it was on my way home for work and my car was in DESPERATE need of a good deep clean (haven't cleaned it in like 3 years... I've been very lazy about it). I am impressed! I brought money expecting to need quarters for the vacuums - they ended up being free! So I figured I'd use my money to get a good wash. The girl at the entrance walked to my car and noticed I was in my scrubs and said they were doing a special for essential medical workers, and that my wash would be free for the day! WOW! This was a pleasant surprise. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. My car looks the best it has since I bought it. I will be back!”
