“My family and I have been Fleet Feet customers since they first opened in the area several years ago. We love their equipment that measures your foot length, width and arch. The results are very helpful to determine what brand and styles of shoe will best fit your feet. I have been to Fleet Feet stores all over Michigan as well as several states out west. The staff is always concerned about getting you into the best shoes for your needs. The last few years, as I age, I’ve had quite a bit of feet trouble. I’d like to commend Miriam, at the West Bloomfield, MI, Fleet Feet store for her extraordinary service and patience when helping customers with complicated problems like me. She assisted me two times for roughly 2 hours each. Miriam was so patient each time, helping me try on different inserts, heel cups for plantar fasciitis, and different brands of shoes. She really cares about her customers’ comfort. Fleet Feet is very fortunate to have her on their staff!”

“I have had many dress shoes repaired at their shop and my wife's boots in the past. I brought in a pair of her boots last Saturday and the owner was very accommodating. He had the boots ready before close on Tuesday so she could wear them for an event. They do great work.”

“Had to come in for a hat reshaping and Erin did a fabulous job! Cleaned and shaped the hat like it was the day I bought it. I unfortunately left it on my dash and the sides went flat. They explained the best way to keep its shape and to prevent future folding. Would HIGHLY recommend coming here and seeing what they have in store or a hat repair if needed.”

“I think her name was Brook...but she was the most helpful worker there. She was both making the shoes look super pretty and helping customers at the same time. She kindly took the time to help me find the archfit shoes. She gave me color suggestions and assisted me with the sizing of the shoe. I have never been helped by a person to this level of perfection. She had such a kind and respectful voice, she made my day so much better. I hope she knows how important her interaction with me was. She is doing an amazing job! I will be back for more shoes! I hope Brook is there EVERYTIME! I visited yesterday March 25, 2026.”

Well I wanted a nice shirt and tie for my lady's birthday dinner. “Getting new work boots had always been a struggle for me until I found this store. I wear a size that is not often stocked well, if at all. I have been to this Red Wing location three times and bought two pairs of work boots here so far. My first pair here was last July and this was my first pair of Red Wings in general. The lady associate I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful with sizing and insoles, while also listening to what my needs were as a mechanic. She was also very attentive to sticking with the style of boot I was looking for at the time. We ordered my boots and they arrived in a week or less. Great experience and I wish I had her name for a shout out! Went back two weeks ago very close to closing time just for some ideas, as I was due for a new pair. I worked with Julien who let me try on the boots I had looked at online and offered great insight on a heavier duty boot, as well as products that would help me get a longer lifespan out of them this time. Even close to closing time, I experienced good customer service. Went back today after a poor experience at Boot Barn. I shouldn't have even bothered to stop there. Julien remembered my name, size, the last boots I bought, and the ones I looked at two weeks ago! He is very knowledgeable about the products and offers great suggestions, while still listening to your preferences. I walked out of there knowing I ordered a great quality boot with outstanding customer service. I plan to do the Tuff Toe and boot oil application when I go back to pick them up. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of service here. I am willing to pass several other stores and pay a little extra money to have exceptional service and a quality product made in the US. Keep up the good work!”

“Ok so today my sister and I were shopping to buy my mom shoes and accessories for her surprise birthday party and James went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us find the proper shoes, even looking at the outfit we had in our bad, he went to the back to find all the items we wanted in brand new wrapping and he was patient, kind, and everything you would want someone to be while you’re shopping for a special occasion. I will definitely be shopping at ALDO with James more and more because he’s special and this company should be lucky to have him. We bought shoes, a purse, and sunglasses! Cynthia, the owner works hard to make sure that the inventory is fresh weekly, offering lots of sizes,and a variety of styles for most body profile. The staff is very attentive while letting you browse without hovering over you. The inventory includes, handbags, shoes, hats, and coats.
If you see something and like it, buy it! The owner does not stock massive inventory of the same styles, so you will not see yourself. Also, checkout the nice selection of jewelry to include Antreina’s comfortable clip on earrings and local designers fabulous necklaces and accessories. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
