My mail has been opened for the past couple of years ; even ones with personal information, obviously reading the comments ; complaints won’t do anything; I’m sure

The supervisor Jackie made us wait for over 35 mins and still did not come out to help. The 2 employees at the counter were very courteous to remind Jackie 4 times atleast during the wait to which she just continued on her phone and never came out.

The front desk workers here are extremely rude, nasty, and unprofessional. They speak to customers with disgusting attitudes like they hate their lives. People like this should not be in customer service — the entire front staff needs to be fired.
