“Great bank but I wish their hours were aimed a little more for the work hours around here. Now they open at 9 and close at 4. Most people who work and need to go to the bank can't because we don't get out until 5-5:30. Very inconvenient honestly. And now not even open until noon on Saturday. Really wish the hours were changed, a lot of ppl who bank with them are not very pleased. BUT I do like the bank and employees”

“They remediated a situation very quick and efficient. Happy I didn't cancel my accounts because members first is a great bank. Sometimes the employees are not very smart but it happens everywhere.”
