“While reading this review keep in mind that this shop took my vehicle in while already booked, provided the best personal customer experience I could have asked for, and fixed my Jeep perfectly after a big buck took out my front end. The biggest part - this was a overhaul and redo from a collision shop that just got paid almost $10000 and a horrible job! “Was just there yesterday with my van that started acting up. We were 3 hours from home and I had no idea what to do. We stopped at Auto Value and I was amazed at how helpful Steve was, he changed my battery and quickly realized that wasn’t the only problem, my alternator was shot! I had no idea what we were going to do, Steve quickly made a few phone calls, one of his employees drove a ways and picked up the new alternator, Steve called next door to the Blue Lantern and even though they were booked up they squeezed me in and we were on the road to the lake in about 3.5 hours total! They were all amazing! Being a widow, traveling with kids by myself, car issues can put me in a panic, these guys took care of me when honestly they did not have to! I am so so grateful we pulled into this store! Couldn’t recommend them more, there really are still good people in the world! Thank you so much!”
