“I seriously cannot say enough good things about Saugatuck Collision! Everyone there was amazing and so nice. They helped me get my car fixed and even though I had to wait an extra day for a part to come in, they made the whole process so easy.
I also really appreciated that they were honest and fair with me. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or overcharged, which unfortunately can be hard to find when dealing with car repairs.
And honestly, the fact that they called me the next day after I got home just to make sure I made it home safely and that everything was good with my car really says a lot about them. They genuinely care about their customers even after you leave.
Also, I have to mention their adorable dog Coconut 😂❤ She was the cutest little bonus while I was there!

“Great place. Another body shop was jerking me around, this place took my car with moments notice and got it done. I do not believe they include clean-up time in the labor, as I have known other shops to do, my black interior was coated in white powder dust, other than that excellent to work with.”

“Was just there yesterday with my van that started acting up. We were 3 hours from home and I had no idea what to do. We stopped at Auto Value and I was amazed at how helpful Steve was, he changed my battery and quickly realized that wasn’t the only problem, my alternator was shot! I had no idea what we were going to do, Steve quickly made a few phone calls, one of his employees drove a ways and picked up the new alternator, Steve called next door to the Blue Lantern and even though they were booked up they squeezed me in and we were on the road to the lake in about 3.5 hours total! They were all amazing! Being a widow, traveling with kids by myself, car issues can put me in a panic, these guys took care of me when honestly they did not have to! I am so so grateful we pulled into this store! Couldn’t recommend them more, there really are still good people in the world! Thank you so much!”
