“From their online estimate, follow up, scheduling and actual repair, XA Collision was truly 5 stars. They were professional and completed my repair quickly. They also worked directly with the car wash that damaged my vehicle without hesitation. We will be using XA for any future needs for sure.”
“I seriously cannot say enough good things about Saugatuck Collision! Everyone there was amazing and so nice. They helped me get my car fixed and even though I had to wait an extra day for a part to come in, they made the whole process so easy.
I also really appreciated that they were honest and fair with me. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or overcharged, which unfortunately can be hard to find when dealing with car repairs.
And honestly, the fact that they called me the next day after I got home just to make sure I made it home safely and that everything was good with my car really says a lot about them. They genuinely care about their customers even after you leave.
Also, I have to mention their adorable dog Coconut 😂❤ She was the cutest little bonus while I was there!

“Great place! Super fast. Circle building to the right, back into 1 of 3 docks with doors open. Dtarted wash as soon as I docked. Walk around to office. Stephanie checked me out quickly and very friendly. Washout finished by the time i got back to truck. In Tulip truck stop with plenty of parking. Will be back!!”
