She ordered the parts for my car and even helped me contact my insurance company, which made everything much easier. “I want to commend JJ auto body's for taking responsibility for anything that occurred to the car. Recently ran into a deer on the highway and brought my Challenger to them for repairs. Prices are the best in town and they do quick, efficient work. They were responsive throughout the entire process of fixing the car and took responsibility in fixing the smaller issues that occurred after the fix. “We had been looking into the Leisure Travel Van for several years. We connected with Jeremy Smit at Holland Motor Homes and built a relationship with him over the years. He is very low pressure and very knowledgeable regarding the Leisure Travel Van brand. He was great at answering all our newbie questions. We finally pulled the trigger on our new 2025 UMBL in May of this year. We had the dealership do several upgrades and they quickly fixed an issue with the air conditioner we had after our first trip. Jackie in the service department is very helpful and patient and Kyle, our service tech lead, was patient and knowledgeable as well during our 4 1/2 hours of training. We are extremely happy with our LTV UMBL and so lucky and grateful we have Holland Motor homes just 25 minutes from us. I was on vacation in Holland when my check engine light came on, and I was understandably worried about having car trouble so far from home. The team at Denooyer Chevrolet correctly diagnosed a failed engine and handled the entire situation with such kindness, professionalism, and compassion.
From the very beginning, they made me feel safe and reassured. Fortunately, they had a loaner vehicle available at the time and very generously offered it to me, which was such a huge help while my car was being repaired.
They were always there to answer my questions, explain what was happening, and keep me informed throughout the entire process. They did an excellent job completing the work on my car, and I truly appreciated how well they treated me from start to finish.
It’s not often that you encounter a dealership where you feel like the people genuinely care about helping you. Being away from home and dealing with a major engine problem could have been a very stressful experience, but the people at Denooyer Chevrolet made me feel like I was in good hands.

“The gentleman who helped me has amazing customer service. Walked him and he asked me what I needed, found the wiper blade for me, then offered to put the wiper blade on in the rain (but first asked if I wanted to do it, which I appreciated the offer in case I like doing car stuff. I do NOT but the offer was nice), and he installed it for me. Both employees were friendly and laughing together. It was a delightful experience and took less that five minutes. 10/10 experience and will come here again!”

“I seriously cannot say enough good things about Saugatuck Collision! Everyone there was amazing and so nice. They helped me get my car fixed and even though I had to wait an extra day for a part to come in, they made the whole process so easy.
I also really appreciated that they were honest and fair with me. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or overcharged, which unfortunately can be hard to find when dealing with car repairs.
And honestly, the fact that they called me the next day after I got home just to make sure I made it home safely and that everything was good with my car really says a lot about them. They genuinely care about their customers even after you leave.
Also, I have to mention their adorable dog Coconut 😂❤ She was the cutest little bonus while I was there!
