“We had been looking into the Leisure Travel Van for several years. We connected with Jeremy Smit at Holland Motor Homes and built a relationship with him over the years. He is very low pressure and very knowledgeable regarding the Leisure Travel Van brand. He was great at answering all our newbie questions. We finally pulled the trigger on our new 2025 UMBL in May of this year. We had the dealership do several upgrades and they quickly fixed an issue with the air conditioner we had after our first trip. Jackie in the service department is very helpful and patient and Kyle, our service tech lead, was patient and knowledgeable as well during our 4 1/2 hours of training. We are extremely happy with our LTV UMBL and so lucky and grateful we have Holland Motor homes just 25 minutes from us. “There are times you are treated with such excellence at a business that it simply is worth the time to share. It started with the initial phone call, a sincerely kind lady first inquired if my daughter was OK after the car accident she was in. Later, they were extremely prompt and professional to get the estimate done. Unfortunately the car was officially totaled, at which point we decided to take it as is and try to do some of the repairs independently. When picking up the car, it took a few extra minutes for them to pull it around from inside the shop. A little curious about this, I quickly discovered it was because they were doing some simple repair steps on an extremely cold day to make it was more easily drivable for us to leave. Extremely unexpected as they were not getting paid anything to do this extra work, and I certainly had not asked them to do that, but this is the kind of place Gerber is. They simply go so far over the top to be kind and helpful. Finally, even though they weren’t doing the repairs, I had called back with a question on the estimate as I was coordinating my independent repairs, and once again despite them talking to someone who would not be a paying customer to their business, they once again were so extraordinarily kind and helpful to answer some questions on the phone. This is simply not a typical experience from a repair shop, but worth sharing what an outstanding place this is!!”
“Great Dealership. The staff is super friendly and helpful and I'm happy with the work they do on my RAM 1500.
I do have one suggestion though for the owner....BRING BACK THE SMOOTHIE CAFE! I was looking forward to a $2 smoothie the entire way to the dealership, and was DEVASTED to find they shut it down and replaced it cheap coffee. Now, let's get into it. These smoothies were the best god damn smoothies in the entire town, and at only $2, they were a fraction of the price of any smoothies anywhere. Does the smoothie cafe make good business sense?? No. But it did make me very excited to go sit in the waiting room knowing i'd have the best smoothie in town at only $2. My wife I would come into the dealership to buy smoothies driving by even when we had no plan to stop. Maybe one day I would have stopped in for a smoothie and just decided I needed a new RAM but we'll never known, because I digress, the smoothies cafe has been replaced by terrible coffee. I asked employees about the disappearing smoothie stand, and they all just died a little bit on the inside thinking about how much they missed the smoothies as well.
So to the owner....bring it back. Did it make money? Probably not, but it's value was so much higher than the number you could ever put on it.”
