I opened a new account with Chase Bank today and was very pleased/surprised at how helpful Rolando Tinnin was in helping me get set up. I'm looking forward to banking with Chase based on this positive experience. Thanks again Rolando for all the help.

If it wasn't so much trouble to switch banks, I would RUN from the Chase Bank in Fenton, Michigan. Thankfully it is not my primary bank. I had an appt for a simple matter, and because of the ineptitude of the representative I met with, I ALMOST ended up closing out an account that wasn't even mine. He couldn't even find MY account, and kept telling me that he was finding a different account, with a completely different balance. Thinking it was an old account I thought I had closed years ago, I told him to close it now. If it hadn't been for me asking a simple question about the account, he would have closed it out, and given me a cashiers check for the $700 balance. I detest this bank.

CAUTION. Whatever you do, do not EVER bank with Chase. My boyfriend has had 4+ bounced checks (WHOLE PAYCHECKS) in the last 3 months. All being mistakes made on their end and this one ($900+) they said may not go through at all (the excuse this time around is that their machine couldn’t read the signature) and ”there is nothing they can do about it.” just saving you all the trouble. Ridiculous. So many times I’ve been unable to pay my bills because we chose to bank with Chase. Dort Federal is the place to go!! 6 years there with zero issues and great customer service! ❤️

We just opened an account with Chase bank, and I needed to add my husband on the account. Fortunately, this location is open on a weekend day so we were able to call and make an appointment for this morning! We were a little early, but Mandy was able to see us right away. She was super helpful, efficient, and friendly. We were in and out, but not before enjoying a great conversation and even learning more benefits we could take advantage of as Chase customers.

never had a bad experience inside the bank.But a "bank relationship" person has been calling me and was very rude on the phone, talking over me and correcting me about "what days he called". I don't need that and if it continues I'll just go somewhere else with our money.

Most staff is good but some obviously never was disciplined as a child. I'm thinking of switching banks. I don't need to be talked down upon when I'm handing someone my hard earned money.

Came in to close a secondary account and Dominick was incredibly helpful and swift. Plus he was able to recover fees I paid on that account! I’ve been have a rough day (week and month honestly) and he completely turned my day around. I left with happy tears. I’ve been a member with Chase for 12 years and it’s because of their amazing staff like Dominick that I will continue banking with them!

As I entered the building with mask on (and doing an adjustment as it was falling off, was yelled at. I will be removing my accounts and buisness accounts away from this based off one bankers intolerable attitude. The lobby was extremely hot to the point to being uncomfortable. Moving all buisness and personal accounts over the next few weeks.

after speaking with Robert about possible identity theft he treated us with tremendous annoyance that we would possibly only be able to make it in 10 minutes to close.... who has control over when they receive an alert about suspicious activity on their account?! I have never felt so disrespected or literally attempted to be TURNED AWAY for needing literal assistance with theft. Excellent choice of an 8 year employee.

I just got unemployment and it was the only place that helped me get my money off of the card with no problems at all I'm impressed with this bank I'd highly recommend it to everyone to check it out and the tellers are awesome they actually ask the question with a good answer and fast
