Completely dysfunctional place.
We rented a unit on Dec 30th ,paid for it & everything.we were given a code which didnt work when we were trying to get in to take a look at it .called the #,left a message ,nobody ever called back We called them again & we were promised that everything will work when we come next time .
We are there right now,
With rented truck & all the furniture in it,but we can't get in since code isn't working & nobody takes emergency line phone .
This place has to reimburse us in full for all the expenses we had for nothing & for all the stress they are giving to people.
Manager has to be fired.
NOT Recommended.
Absolutely Terrible experience.

The facility itself is ok. But access through the CAR WASH is DISGRUNTLUNG at best. Also, all the customer parking spaces at the office say "No Parking, reserved for car wash".

Recently bought a travel trailer and needed a place to store it. Angela made the process of signing up fast and easy and was very eager to help! I love how we have access to our trailer 7 days a week at great hours unlike other facilities we looked at. Prices were great with even a new member discount! They also offer month to month which is a plus. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We had scheduled to pick up a U-Haul at 9 AM, when we got there, they were closed and we had no way to get the U-Haul truck. Absolutely nothing was said about us renting a U-Haul and then being closed on that day being an issue. There was no way to get a hold of anybody, and this is the only day that we have to move. Very upset with the customer service from this place.

It's okay to utilize space for parking and secure ? your property. At times it's difficult to get hold of staff. Other wise it's okay to work with.
