“This is one of the most nicely stocked dollar trees that I have been to in south eastern Michigan. Very neat very clean. Very nice customer service. All except for the manager who is currently on duty Friday, June 21 at 2:30 PM. She rudely bumped into the cash register lady who was servicing me , trying to reach for something, then went onto accuse me of tearing a tag off of a five dollar beach towel as if I was going to get it for one dollar, my whole total was $80 with other five dollars items included , ma’am nothing about me would ever have to do that. The way she talked to other people was rude. I hope corporate sees this message and she is reprimanded. Do better maam”
“What an awesome and a very clean place the staff and management are really kind and helpful, if you can't find a particular item they'll helpful you find it or order it for you, I've seen some big changes since new management came and took over,
Ms. Sally and Ms. Diane are truly the best, thank you for the hard work you two put into this store... I really enjoy seeing the one manager with pink hair she's definitely the coolest one there she has a great sense of humor I wish there was more people like her but yes this is definitely by far the BEST Dollar Tree in the area.... “This is the best Dollar Tree around. They always have every single item in stock!! I have worked in Retail since the age of 15. If you want a shopping experience with good service go here. “I love this place for 1) gift wrapping supplies, 2) small candy indulgences, 3) young child amusements, 3) inexpensive cleaning supplies. Definitely cheaper than 7-11 for snacks, too”
“The stock at this store is better than most and the aisles are generally not cluttered, as they are at some Dollar Tree locations. But what really sets this store apart is its employees, who are almost always pleasant and helpful. You won't find that at too many other retail establishments.”
“This place is clean and organized and not like other location you go to, but if you’re trying to find Enfamil formula then they don’t have it here. They do have other brand like Similac. I do shop here for other basic needs such as paper towels, toilet papers, milk and baby diapers if I don’t feel like going to Meijer’s.”
“My recent visit to Dollar General on 11 Mile Road in Southfield was fantastic! I initially came in looking for folders, but I stumbled upon some amazing grocery items as well. I was thrilled to find flavored coffee creamer that would have cost me three times as much at a traditional grocery store. The selection was great, and the prices were unbeatable! I'll definitely be returning for both my office supplies and groceries.”

About a week ago I was frantically looking for a store to load money onto my Netspend card. Your employee, I found out today, whose name is Jaylen, was very professional, and provided excellent customer service. Due to his excellent attitude, I decided to see if I could pay money on 2 of my credit cards at this location. I was waited on by, yes get this, another wonderful employee, Andrina!(I apologize if I misspelled her name, I had the nerve to ask her to spell it, but I still may have spelled it wrong). She was very proficient with my 2 credit card transactions, and very friendly while ringing up my basket full of items. She even helped me get my items situated to get in my car. “First time going to a dollar store. I was looking for muffin pans but ended up with candles. OMG, they have everything!! You have to be careful though because some things are more than a dollar!!”
“For the most part I love this store very friendly staff and well stocked but today 1-17-25 I bought some store brand candles they had a few broken sets for discount but I got an unbroken set but after I got home I found 1 of the 2 pack broken and cut myself on the broken glass i’m not the gonna sue you type but still they need to do better”

“Thank God good people still exist. I lost my credit card in the dollar tree store while running in real quick for gift wrapping paper when this tall, very handsome man approached me pronouncing my name, most accurately. I was caught dumbfounded trying to figure out where I knew him from, but then he told me (speaking in Spanish) that he was searching all over the store for a Hispanic woman because he recognized the name “Rosanna Ramos” said his daughter found the card on the floor back where I was shopping picked it up and gave it to him, así que si estás leyendo esto 1000 Gracias ☺️ y Feliz Navidad ? ??????♀️???????️?⬆️”

“Deliveries, turn on Brace Street, I know it says no trucks but they said that's how your supposed to get to the doors. I turned in the parking lot and used the alley to back to the doors, because the night before I didn't turn in the parking lot or on Brace street and learned that Joy Road turns into 12'0 clearance. Shout out to Lamont and the crew those 3 young men don't play and they get the job done! The ladies here where super sweet also”
“If you're looking for more than the usual Dollar Tree selection, this location is a Superstore. Expanded selection of regular $1.25 items, and an expanded grocery including TWELVE coolers of frozen and refrigerated items. Some frozen foods are Dollar Tree Plus priced at $3, $4, and $5 and feature name brands such as Red Baron Pizza and Gorton's fish fillets. Also a great place to stock up on $1.25 snacks and beverages for road trips.There are also a couple of aisles of Plus items in the general merchandise. Their $5 laundry basket is an excellent value, durable and with good capacity. This store is open till 10pm M-Sat, 9pm Sun. This is one hour later than most Dollar Tree stores.”

“It needs to be replaced with the name Dollar25?? which is what everyone pays since inflation made the cost of everything increase substantially since the pandemic. This shop location is great for having the biggest sized and beautiful Valentine’s Day sparkle hearts. Other favourites to buy occasionally are greeting cards. I buy generic scotch tape, and duct tape to keep aluminium foil taped around the inside walls of our 3 cats hooded litter boxes. I buy bleach, Scotties tissue, and found some religious Christian prayer cards, and religious journals, and sometimes they have unique and pretty Christmas ornaments, and sometimes they have coffee mugs (with mentions of cats) such as I’m only speaking to my cat today.”
“For one thing customer service is great and you can find just about any items that you are looking for if they don't have it they will have it the following week and it's so convenient you can come from either expressways and then you right there it's on Davison thank you for putting up that store the neighborhood needed and I really do appreciate it”
“The staff at this location was absolutely helpful however there is a disconnect between the actual inventory and what you're able to scan into the door dash app, as available for purchase for DoorDash customers, that could come from shrinkage or other factors but when I went in there to assist in a DoorDash pickup all of the items we were looking for were not there and things were in disarray, And we ended up having to pass on that run possibly messing up our stats in the DoorDash app for accepting jobs. I give the staff for out of 5 stars as a matter of fact I would like to give five stars for the staff but the inventory is another story.”

“My 1st time visiting this location and I must say I was impressed the cashier greeted the customer as they came in the store and unfortunately my daughter had left her mask and the cashier immediately offered a mask for free the store was clean and I found almost everything I was looking for and the line was not long the manger rung me up her name start with a S but she was nice as well knew exactly products were at I will be coming back to this family Dollar soon”

“I agree with some of the other reviews, however on this Day 10:30am there were only 2 employees in and I must say they were above and beyond, knew exactly where everything was kind and more importantly PROFESSIONAL ? And the entire store was Clean like I smelled clorox and pines and the floor is actually clean. The young lady and the young Gentleman should be acknowledged for their efforts, just saddened I didn't get their names”
