“Family Dollar is my place to go for almost everything I like to pick up TV dinners here cause they are cheaper than going to Kroger or Meijer an I'm talking two to three dollars cheaper they carry the same brands as Kroger and Meijer just at a better price an when you can save a few dollars well Family Dollar is my place to go”

I was happy when those ladies in the wheel chairs allowed me to tag along behind them, pushing a cart and grabbing the items they needed. It made me feel useless when they didn't need my help because out of all the people that came in acting helpless, these that clearly looked like they needed help, needed none. I look up to these ladies, SUPER STARS in book. But the moral of this long story....
Don't come in these stores being rude and nasty to retail workers. They are not robots, they have feelings too, treat them how you want to be treated. Treat the store's how you treat you home and how you expect visitors to treat your space. And know, some people really like working in retail but hate it because of the customers. If you came to shop, do that and don't expect the emplyees to do it for you. Your job is find what you came in for. Their job is to give you a smile, small convo, make sure the store is fully stocked, cleaned and recovered so your shopping experience is easy and quick. Quick not being, telling you where every item is on your list. Take a second and think about how you would feel to work 8 hours, 5-6 days a week and every 5 minutes you have to say yeah, let me show you, yeah aisle 4 in the back of the store. Just thinking about that drains me. And these workers are not getting paid what they are worth. Some are barely making $13 a hour. That's nothing compared to all the work they do daily. Let's not walk right in the door looking for a emplyee to ask where something is. Instead, let's walk in the door looking at signs and looking for a employee to day hi to and keep it pushing. When you come in these stores treat employees and the building with respect. You'll deal with happier emplyees, have a more pleasant experience, get items marked down without issues and leave happier. (If that what you came in for. Some come in for drama so I'm not talking to y'all. Be safe and have a good one everyone.”

“I really appreciate this location friendly staff this is one of two dollar trees I come to, they basically have everything as well store is always clean and organized great management and employees what brings me to their store is the respect they're all showing to the customers respect is number one to me, as I've mentioned I do go to another location as well but they're both showing respect and both have one of the cleaner stores as I've mentioned management and employees work hard to make the customers happy they're quick as well, if you have time come check them out”
