We were able to find food she could eat without aggravating her tummy. The quality of the pet food and service are second to none. The dogs love the food!! Our dogs have never been healthier!”

He was attentive to all of our questions, helped us through the paperwork, and was extremely kind. “Old fashioned, friendly service that you probably won't find at the large chain stores. The selection is great and the prices are good, often better than the other pet supply stores and warehouse clubs. Pets are welcome. If you have a question, the staff is helpful and willing to offer recommendations. It's unfortunate that the store on Livernois in Troy closed several years ago and still sits empty.”

I can't say enough good things about Pet Supplies Plus in Sterling Heights! The staff is absolutely wonderful—incredibly friendly and always so helpful. I've had many questions about different products for my cats, and they are always knowledgeable and happy to offer great advice.
What truly impresses me is their incredible product variety. They seem to have everything, from a wide range of food brands to all sorts of toys and accessories. I've found so many unique items that my cats absolutely love, the things I haven't seen at other stores. It’s clear they go out of their way to stock products that will keep our feline friends happy and healthy.
This store is a true gem, and I highly recommend it for both their top-notch customer service and their fantastic selection of products!”

“I have bought 2 guinea pigs from this place. It's about 2 months since they're officially mine, but we have gone through so much stuff.
Overall, I give this place 5 at 5! The coworkers, stuff, and communication, purchase process was amazing.
This place also offers standard needs of taking care of guinea pigs. Updated information and strict rules before selling a pig.
The one missing star is because of where these animals come from. Due to their not being taken care of appropriately before moving in store, they come with a weak health background, and that result you as an owner and your pet to run so many troubles.
My piggies started to show some sign of URI infection after 1 week coming home. I had to take em back to Pet Smart. They went back in store, 1 for 2 weeks and the other one, almond for a month.
When they came back, they were perfectly happy and healthy, and the infection was all clear.
Once again! I really am happy to walk through this pet smart. But for next time, I definitely go for adoption in rescue centers.❤️

“We recently added another four legged family member to our household, that we adopted through one of MACS adoption events. The adoption process is affordable and not a lot of paperwork. Upon arriving we met Stephanie, told her a bit of our household background and what we were looking for. Stephanie was determined help us choose a dog that would be a good match for our current dog, Toby who was also present to choose a new friend. Stephanie was patient with us while meeting animals and trying to make a decision, she was also very helpful with all our concerns and questions. She had a calm no pressure kind of approach which I was very impressed by. Toby now has a new friend! A vey big thanks to MACS and people like Stephanie that are determined to find all animals a loving home. Thank you MACS for helping us find our perfect new family member.

“I have bought these bags multiple times now. I was primarily looking for a bag with less environmental impact and this fit. I've bought both the individual rolls and the lg roll of two hundred bags. The bags are easy to tear off the roll and easy to open for use. However, the last purchase I made the bags were tearing down the side about 30-40% of the time. I filled out the form online providing my order # (easy to find) and asking if they would consider replacing the box. The response was SAME DAY! And they went way above and beyond. There was a manufacturing issue which has been corrected and product effected removed. A new box is on the way for me AND a refund, totally more than I asked for. I liked the bags before, I will be a loyal customer going forward!! Thank you so much to Kai and the kind email exchanges. I am super happy I found a great company to support and feel better about my environmental impact. Thank you!!”
“I have stopped by this shop to check in on the pups for sale a few times now. I lost my sweet Ellie March 5th and as tempting as they are I'm just not ready. When I am I'll be getting her through Jeff. They have been very kind to me, even shedding some light on my 15 year old rescue and her aging health problems. It was much appreciated. Since she was 3 when I adopted her there were pieces of the puzzle missing. You can tell that his level of knowledge is a 10 and he takes pride in the service he is providing to people who want a happy and healthy pup from a reputable breeder.”
