It was regular cut but never saw this level of detail and practical style in common troublesome areas. Will definitely be a repeated customer!”

He was attentive to all of our questions, helped us through the paperwork, and was extremely kind. “Ive known this store for decades. It was once a school field trip for me in the late 1980s. My mom had a bird and always taken it there and shopped there in the 1990s. I had fish for 20+ years. I always get my pet fish from there. Their fish are nice and healthy. I was there today to get an Angelfish and a plecko they were very helpful. They had alot of variety of birds there including the large colorful macaw that is always so sweet. Right now they're under renovation construction, so theres not a whole lot there currently. Im sure once finished it will be awesome. Thank you”
“Very cool local franchise with solid inventory of choices. Dog and cat food mainly, they do have other supplies. Lots of extras and services available, worth looking around, reading signage, and definitely asking questions.
While there are a few kibble brands I don't find there, they have several I do like. And with a loyalty program between the stores, it makes my life a bit easier.”
“My daughter wanted a fish for her 11th birthday, so we went to Pet Haven to do some shopping.
She ended up with a gorgeous gorgeous fish and could be happier. He is a beautiful betta. Cal, the owner, was happy to show us everything we were looking for and answer as many questions as we could come up with.
This store is a Sterling Heights institution and I highly recommend coming here for fish needs! He has been in that location for 51 years!”
“Old fashioned, friendly service that you probably won't find at the large chain stores. The selection is great and the prices are good, often better than the other pet supply stores and warehouse clubs. Pets are welcome. If you have a question, the staff is helpful and willing to offer recommendations. It's unfortunate that the store on Livernois in Troy closed several years ago and still sits empty.”

I can't say enough good things about Pet Supplies Plus in Sterling Heights! The staff is absolutely wonderful—incredibly friendly and always so helpful. I've had many questions about different products for my cats, and they are always knowledgeable and happy to offer great advice.
What truly impresses me is their incredible product variety. They seem to have everything, from a wide range of food brands to all sorts of toys and accessories. I've found so many unique items that my cats absolutely love, the things I haven't seen at other stores. It’s clear they go out of their way to stock products that will keep our feline friends happy and healthy.
This store is a true gem, and I highly recommend it for both their top-notch customer service and their fantastic selection of products!”

“I went Beste's to get some rocks and dirt delivered to my home. The guys at the service desk were great; the elderly gentlemen (I unfortunately didnt get his name) was very informative and knew exactly what I needed as I described my project.

“Did not go in person. Make a phone call asking questions about adoption. The person I spoke with was very helpful. All animals there have been fixed and received there shots before the adoption takes place. They appreciate any donations and supplies and might be open to people volunteering. They have a great website. Take a look to see who is a available for adoption and gave them a new and loving home . All animals would love a loving family an be told they are loved. Open your heart . I have 5 kitties and 3 of them are rescues. ❤ ?⬛?????❤”
“I have bought these bags multiple times now. I was primarily looking for a bag with less environmental impact and this fit. I've bought both the individual rolls and the lg roll of two hundred bags. The bags are easy to tear off the roll and easy to open for use. However, the last purchase I made the bags were tearing down the side about 30-40% of the time. I filled out the form online providing my order # (easy to find) and asking if they would consider replacing the box. The response was SAME DAY! And they went way above and beyond. There was a manufacturing issue which has been corrected and product effected removed. A new box is on the way for me AND a refund, totally more than I asked for. I liked the bags before, I will be a loyal customer going forward!! Thank you so much to Kai and the kind email exchanges. I am super happy I found a great company to support and feel better about my environmental impact. Thank you!!”

When I am I'll be getting her through Jeff. They have been very kind to me, even shedding some light on my 15 year old rescue and her aging health problems. It was much appreciated. Since she was 3 when I adopted her there were pieces of the puzzle missing.
