“Didn't take good photos right away. Though this has been the best haircut! Nothing fancy was requested, but detailed trim around the tail, paws, and nails was quite impressive and unique. It was regular cut but never saw this level of detail and practical style in common troublesome areas. Will definitely be a repeated customer!”

“My wife and I were in a bind near closing and needed harnesses. They stayed open a couple mins late to help us out. We accidentally bought leashes but they allowed us to return them the next day.

“Ive known this store for decades. It was once a school field trip for me in the late 1980s. My mom had a bird and always taken it there and shopped there in the 1990s. I had fish for 20+ years. I always get my pet fish from there. Their fish are nice and healthy. I was there today to get an Angelfish and a plecko they were very helpful. They had alot of variety of birds there including the large colorful macaw that is always so sweet. Right now they're under renovation construction, so theres not a whole lot there currently. Im sure once finished it will be awesome. Thank you”

“My daughter wanted a fish for her 11th birthday, so we went to Pet Haven to do some shopping.
She ended up with a gorgeous gorgeous fish and could be happier. He is a beautiful betta. Cal, the owner, was happy to show us everything we were looking for and answer as many questions as we could come up with.
This store is a Sterling Heights institution and I highly recommend coming here for fish needs! He has been in that location for 51 years!”
“Old fashioned, friendly service that you probably won't find at the large chain stores. The selection is great and the prices are good, often better than the other pet supply stores and warehouse clubs. Pets are welcome. If you have a question, the staff is helpful and willing to offer recommendations. It's unfortunate that the store on Livernois in Troy closed several years ago and still sits empty.”

I can't say enough good things about Pet Supplies Plus in Sterling Heights! The staff is absolutely wonderful—incredibly friendly and always so helpful. I've had many questions about different products for my cats, and they are always knowledgeable and happy to offer great advice.
What truly impresses me is their incredible product variety. They seem to have everything, from a wide range of food brands to all sorts of toys and accessories. I've found so many unique items that my cats absolutely love, the things I haven't seen at other stores. It’s clear they go out of their way to stock products that will keep our feline friends happy and healthy.
This store is a true gem, and I highly recommend it for both their top-notch customer service and their fantastic selection of products!”

“Filthy Beast is our go to shampoo for dogs! Its high concentrate makes it last a long time! Their dog perfume is top notch! In my opinion their customer service for kennels and groomer is amazing! “Did not go in person. Make a phone call asking questions about adoption. The person I spoke with was very helpful. All animals there have been fixed and received there shots before the adoption takes place. They appreciate any donations and supplies and might be open to people volunteering. They have a great website. Take a look to see who is a available for adoption and gave them a new and loving home . All animals would love a loving family an be told they are loved. Open your heart . I have 5 kitties and 3 of them are rescues. ❤ ?⬛?????❤”

“There was a little confusion on the part of the groomers on the booking end of my giant fluff's bath, but it was all-in-all based on an understandable misjudgment. But much to my delight and surprise, manager Lindsey more than made up for it and we are happy customers! My dog is a giant energy ball who doesn't seem to be aware of how much power he packs they still bathed him and did his nails. Grooming him must be part grooming part wrestling match. Great groomers!
We've also used the PetsHotel at this location several times, and have always been happy with it.
A tip to avoid extra stress on the day of a trip is to be sure to print out your dog's up-to-date vax records and put the page in the bag of your dog's packed accouterments. Do this at least a day or two before the day you are taking your dog in! Don't be like me - I tend to take for granted I can always find my stuff online but I don't get a strong signal in the store, and it all seems more stressful and time-sensitive when you are trying to leave for a trip.”

The manager was very accomodating. I traveled a long distance to pick up special diet for my cats. Item was available as promised.

“I am so happy to be a first time dog owner. I went in on a random Monday, never expecting to buy or purchase my first puppy! As soon as I walked in to The Family Puppy, Elizabeth’s great customer service is how I found the puppy of my dreams. For three days straight Elizabeth went above and beyond. She let me play with him and answered so many questions , extremely helpful. I just couldn’t stop going back and playing with the puppy, day after day and asking questions! If I could give a 10 star rating I would! Thank you Elizabeth and JJ for your outstanding customer service skills and patience. With out these two in the store my experience would not have been what it was. Yes, that’s right!!! This experience at The Puppy Family in Troy was incredible because of Elizabeth and JJ “Jimmy” !
