“The entire crew was amazing from start to finish. It did take a little more than a month a half for everything to be done but this was also during the holidays, so was to be expected. They truly went above + beyond when I picked up a freshly cleaned car first thing in the morning and was only expecting to pick up a fixed car. My uncle, who is a mechanic, suggested that West Michigan Auto Body would be his first choice after I hit a deer and completely ruined the front of my car. I’m very happy that I listened and will recommend them to everyone who is in need of body work.”

“Want an honest, faith-based, auto body shop you can trust, who will fix your car for as cheap as they possibly can? Look no further. After my wife got in a wreck and knocked off the front bumper of my car, a family member told me to check out Lee's. I went in, and initially was quoted a number to fix everything that I agreed upon. Turns out, Lee's figured out a way to fix it using some of my salvageable front grill and bumper parts, and when I went to pick up the car, the cost was $500 less than what I had initially been quoted. Do you know how easily they could have just charged me what I agreed to pay? What integrity that displays? What $500 back in my pocket means to a dad with young kids in Muskegon County? I talked with Scott first and then Brandt was in close communication with my sister, myself and my mom to keep us all in the loop and he was incredibly kind and patient and went above and beyond all expectations of excellence to not only make sure the car was fixed right and safe for our mom but billed the insurance directly and even had the seat cleaned where grease had gotten on it between the towing and the insurance companies impound lot. “They are friendly and professional and stand by their products. A dealership said I needed new windshield wipers at a service check up. I had recently purchased new windshield wiper blades from this store and they rechecked my wiper blades and there’s nothing wrong with them at all. Hmmm, I really don’t care for dealerships that try to swindle an extra more expensive unnecessary service. Shame on them and thank you to my favorite local auto parts store for their honesty.”
