“The entire crew was amazing from start to finish. It did take a little more than a month a half for everything to be done but this was also during the holidays, so was to be expected. They truly went above + beyond when I picked up a freshly cleaned car first thing in the morning and was only expecting to pick up a fixed car. My uncle, who is a mechanic, suggested that West Michigan Auto Body would be his first choice after I hit a deer and completely ruined the front of my car. Got a little beatup on the trade but thats the used car business.The car I purchased was missing a door switch and trim plate which I didnt notice until later. The dealership would not make good on it and so cost me around $100 to replace. Also came with only one key and discovered that a second key was over $200.I would recommend Preferred and was happy with my purchase. Just recommend to all to carefully examine your car and request any extras (like a second key) before signing.”

“Had a problem with 2016 Hyundai Tucson using oil like CRAZY. Based on Internet research, this was a known problem with this vehicle once it surpassed 100K miles. The car's been to 4 shops since this first started in Mar of '21. PCV valve was identified as a possibility and replaced, but did not stop the excessive oil consumption - added a quart about every 1000 miles. Thinking my only option (outside of a new vehicle) was an engine rebuild/replacement, I took it to Lee's for an evaluation and possible new engine. Got a call the next day with the problem identified - a clogged PCV hose - no new engine needed.Nothing can replace good old "wrenchin' know how" and Lee's has that in spades! Very pleased with the service and positive customer experience. If you have a car that another shop can't figure out the problem, take it to Lee's Auto Repair.”
