Unlike the other shop I almost went to, Lee's auto repair, did not charge me extra for the diagnostic (as long as I planned on getting the work on my car done there), they got my car done the same day it was brought in, and the price was very fair. My car is up and running again, and I now know where to go for any future car repairs!”

I recently brought my car in because the clutch went out
Well when they did a diagnostic, there was nothing wrong, car drove perfectly
It ended up being the hydraulic system so the fixed it at half the cost of a new clutch

“Brought a Pontiac grand prix for a power steering leak. They quoted the steering pump assembly, replaced it and out the door $900. Turns out that wasn't the real issue, it was the pinion and the lines as well ~$2200 on top of the $900. UPDATE: Shop made it right, understood their mistake and made sure I was compensated appropriately. It takes guts to call back a customer and take fault for a mistake. I appreciate their integrity and practice.”

“Had some simple problems with my car a gentleman at the front desk got me mixed up with another person, was in lobby for four hours a terrible day but the owner reached out and apologized and offered discount and free oil change (which was needed).later found out the guy who mixed me up was let go for this error amongst other things. Would definitely be returning to them because we’re human mistakes happen and it was dealt with accordingly.

“This review is way overdue. I took my F-150 to Robert do he could just take it for a test drive that he fit in with a busy schedul. 2 other well known shops told me I had a transmission issue. We weren't down the road a few miles and Robert said it's not your transmission. He thought it was my drive shaft even though I had just replaced it with a Ford OEM drive shaft. He removed it, arranged for it to be taken to Grand Rapids to have it balanced and then reinstalled it. Guess what? The vibration was gone. Robert saved me thousands of dollars. Great guy to work with. You might have to wait a while to get in, but that's the result of someone who is good.”

They called me back and told me that they caught the error. I went back and picked up my check! I am very thankful that they did that and it’s good to know that they are a honest shop!”

“This is a nice clean place and off the grid. The snacks were pricey but you had a lot of choices. The girl behind the counter was very nice and helpful. Also the restroom is on the outside and they keep it locked but it was also nice and clean.”
