“Tish and Dee helped me with a lost package addressed to a Charlotte, NC, address and mailed from NC. Somehow it ended up in Fife Lake, having cycled through a loop from Grand Rapids to CLT back and forth several times. When my tracking number showed Fife Lake, I called. The next day Dee called me at home with an update, and later Tish figured out the problem and got the package out of the loop and called me at home to let me know the package status. My granddaughter received it today. These folks could not have been nicer or more helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. They are 10 out of 10 in my book! Makes me want to visit Fife Lake!”
