He's never sold me the wrong part. Never told me the wrong stuff. Like everyone else at this location. He also isn't afraid to admit when he don't know something. But, will be quick at trying to help research the issue. Joseph has been a blessing at this store. Made my repairs extremely easier. His knowledge in automotive is a mix of old school and new school. Which helps a lot with tips and tricks on repairs. Even on those really hard repairs. Joseph has tips and tricks that made the repair go a lot more smoother. Joseph is a massive asset to autozone. I would be making sure that y'all are doing everything possible to keep Joseph.”

When I order the part Flat Rock Auto had it there sooner and the staff is cool. TY Flat Rock Auto for treating me like a human than some tool that doesn't know what he's doing.”
