“My FAVORITE post office! Tim, and Laura make sure everyone feels right at home when visiting. I've never been to any post office where everyone's personality is GREAT, fun, and always upbeat! If I could give this post office 10 stars I would. The only downside is that they aren’t open Saturday's, and close at 5pm M-F. 6:30/7pm would be a great closing time, but I do understand that romulus isn't a very big town, and they probably don't have enough customers to really stay open that late. I”
“Amazing service. It's a shame there have to be crybabies who chose to rate down the business because customers decided they wouldn't wear masks. If you're so afraid of people not wearing masks you want to cry that's not the fault of the business. Keep up the good work anyways guys.”

“The other places wouldn't take walk ins. They kept blaming it on COVID and short staff. But clearly the Gov website and US post office said walk-ins are welcomed and the app wouldnt let us book the appointment the day or night before.

“The staff here are always quick with processing my deliveries.
I always come in with items to ship out that I've paid for in advance. I began using the awesome QR scan where they print the label for you! This saves me time and money on printer / labels.
Overall good experience with no complaints.”
“The last few months I’ve used this place to send out all my online orders and I’ve had a very pleasant time with them personally. I’ve maybe only had 1 package get side tracked in shipping so far out of 40 , but it still made it to its destination. And the employees are super kind and are willing to lend a hand if they see you need one.”
