About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service at 11000 Hunt St is highly appreciated by customers for its friendly and upbeat staff, especially Tim and Laura, who make visitors feel at home. This post office is known for its great personalities and positive atmosphere, making it a favorite place for many. It offers secure, reliable, and affordable mail and package delivery to over 157 million addresses across the U.S., territories, and military bases worldwide. USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and processes 47 percent of global mail, continually working to improve customer experience. The main downside mentioned is the limited hours: it is not open on Saturdays and closes at 5 pm on weekdays. Some customers feel that later hours, such as 6:30 or 7 pm, would be helpful, but they understand that because Romulus is a small town, there may not be enough customers to justify longer hours. Overall, this post office is praised for its friendly staff and efficient services, making it a trusted community hub.

I avoid the closer to me Belleville office like the plague. The people at the Romulus office are helpful and not DMV/ government types
