I rent every year from this location. Always clean and first time I've been to a storage unit that's clean and keeps it clean. No problem with Bugs at all. THERE AWESOME AND WORTH THE DRIVE. “This place is so clean and nice! It has super easy access, indoor and outdoor. Dollys to help move your stuff and again its so clean. Moving this time has been one issue after another so I thought finding the right storage space would also be a hassle. I was so wrong! Customer service was outstanding!

UPDATE: Its is now December 2025, Ashley just made my day ! Wonderful easy customer service and she saved me alot of worry. Changed my unit to a more appropriate size for my current needs and got everything switched in less then 10 minutes. I have always had a great experience here. The ppl are wonderful, the facility is clean, safe, and easy to access. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Ashley!!!”

“The customer service was nice over the phone. Property looked good. Went to the Trenton location. Wanted a 10x20 and they gave me two 10x10s. Didn’t warn me about needing two locks. Also no one on property to get locks from.
Edit: they apologized and gave me some solutions! Very good customer service!”

**Updated review after moving out and changing from 5 star to 4 star (5 star was given within the first day and 4 star is after months of use):
Full transparency, they give money off for first time customers if you leave a positive review, so that is why there are so many reviews.
Overall, this place has the cheapest storage in the area and does have a storefront on Fort St with professional workers that can assist.
I did have a decent experience for the price, the lot itself is in very poor condition with potholes everywhere and is hard to maneuver around if you don't have one of the coveted easy in and out spots, but it was manageable since we don't move our trailer often.
Now here is where I made my mistake, so learn from me... they want you to call at the very end of your last month to tell them you've moved out. I had made my payment in person for my last month and I thought I had been clear enough that what I was paying for was the end of my usage, but obviously I was not, so I received a notice of late fee and monthly payment for another month I didn't even want. I had been moved out at that point for a while. Instead of arguing back and forth with them, I paid for another month I wasn't going to use and told them that was it for me,
The worker then called back and asked if i was moved out, I said I've been moved out over a month, but now that I have 2.5 weeks left of this month I just paid for, I might move back in until the end of the month and then take my trailer back out by end of the month. She said, ok, well call back when you're out again.
I said no... I'll be out, just mark it as my last month and she said her system doesn't allow them to do that. I have to call when I'm moved out. So I guess I don't understand why their system is that you have to call at the end of the month to tell them you're moved out and if you tell them in advance they cant just make a note for the end of the month? Seems a bit like a strategy to get people to pay another month that they don't need or to have 2 customers paying for the same spot.”
“This is a wonderful small family-based business, and is run by someone who truly cares. I feel my precious items are safe and sound. I have full access to my storage space behind well secure gates. I am blessed to find this safe and affordable space for my things. The bonus is the owner is very kind and and down to earth.”
“Wow I just read some of your reviews. The things some people say are crazy. My family has had a unit with you guys for about 3 years now. We had a small leak in the roof about a year ago and the manager had it fixed that day. Kudos for that. Nothing was damaged. Will recommend to anyone who asks.”

“This is a small family owned business and the owners were a pleasure to deal with and worked to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. The unit was clean and relatively inexpensive. Be aware though that the body shop that sits in front of the entrance frequently has vehicles sitting in a manner that partially obstruct the entrance and prevents anything much larger than a full-size pick-up from entering.”
“Since having been there for a year as a customer, I enjoy the service that I get walking into the door the lady sitting behind the counter is excellent and enjoys conversation to a minimum degree, which she still has to do her job. But I enjoy talking with her and on the list. She is beautiful and awesome. I love Lia so much. Keep up the good work, you guys. And I think anybody looking for a decent price. Storage unit place should definitely check this place out”
“Update 9/14/16 So glad to change my review after hearing personally from the new owner. As we talked and I explained I had written this review in the heat of a bad moment while at my unit; things had looked so sad. Not knowing the former owner was responsible for the disrepair; I was pleased that the new one was concerned enough to call me and let me know all the wonderful new updates he has made. He is very excited about the facility and I wished him well. I give him 5 stars for the excitement and future plans. Very nice man. I have been a long time renter for personal storage and have also used this facility for business storage, at one time using 3 units. I like the environmentally controlled units which also had an irritatingly noisy pest control but it worked. Never had any critters. That was when it was under a different owner/management. Yesterday, we went to our storage unit to remove some items and just check in on things since we had not been there over the winter. I was very unhappy with the state of disrepair in the parking lot; one of the exterior doors was not locking properly giving me concern about security; no lights came on upon entry and only by accident discovered the lights are motion detectors... but only if you enter through a different door. In my opinion, the place looks like an abandoned property. No one is on site to talk to. I did call and speak to someone about security concerns and explain I found evidence of critter encroachment in my unit. While assured that someone would be dispatched to check things out, I was not very confident in any speedy solution. Probably will not keep my unit there and will not recommend this place to any friends unless there is major remedial action soon.”
